My dear friends I hope you are well. I welcome you to my diary. Alhamdulillah I am fine. Today I will tell you about one of my favorite fruits strawberry. Let me tell you the details below.
Strawberry is a popular and delicious fruit that is mainly grown in cold and temperate regions. It originates from a small herbaceous plant and is red, juicy and aromatic. Strawberries can be eaten raw, as well as used in jams, jellies, juices, ice creams and various baked goods. And it is a nutritionally complete fruit. Which is cultivated commercially in our country. And this fruit is very expensive in our country.
Strawberry Cultivation : Strawberries usually grow well in cold climates, but are now being cultivated in special ways in warm and temperate countries. It grows well in sandy-loam soil and needs lots of sunlight. Seedlings are usually planted in November-December and fruits are harvested around March-April.
Storage and use of strawberries :
It is good for several days if stored in the refrigerator. Strawberries can be stored by drying or blinding. It is widely used for salads, desserts, smoothies, cakes, jams, jellies and chocolates, juices, coatings.
Benefits of strawberries:
Prevention of heart disease The antioxidants in it help keep the heart healthy.
Boosts immunity The high level of vitamin C in it boosts immunity.
Diabetes Control The fiber in it helps control blood sugar levels.
Prevents Cancer The antioxidants it contains help reduce the risk of cancer. etc.
