The Diary Game "I spent a day in unbearable heat." June 10, 2025
"Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem"
This is @tammanna from #Bangladesh.
How are your friends? I hope everyone is well. I am also well. By the grace of Allah, today I will share with you all the activities of the fourth day of Eid, that is, the 10-06-25. I want to share my activities with you by writing them in a diary. Below are the details of how I spent the whole day in the heat. Let's get started.
I ate breakfast with yeast-baked bread.
It is getting very hot day by day and the temperature is increasing. The temperature in Naogaon has reached almost 40 degrees and in such a heat, every person has to survive. In this heat, sleeping at night has become very difficult. Still, I somehow managed to sleep through the night and woke up when the call to prayer for Fajr was given. I prayed Fajr.
My son is on school holiday for Eid so I don't have any plans to go out in the morning and I slept for a while then woke up at 10 am. The morning weather was a bit cold so I slept for a while and got some peace. Then I swept get up house, brushed it soaked a spoonful of chia seed in water and ate it after half an hour.
In the meantime, my son woke up, I brushed him and then we all ate a new bread today. My husband saw the new bread at the market and brought it. The bread was called East Baker and this bread was really fun to eat because the jelly inside was very delicious. Anyway, after eating the bread I got in the morning, my son started studying and playing for a while and I went to cook after looking at my mobile for a while.
The boy is very happy after eating ice cream.
Since Eid, I have been feeling a bit bored of eating beef for a few days straight, so today I thought I would make thin dal and along with it, I had some kumra in my fridge and fry that kumra . This is what I will eat for lunch, so I cooked it for lunch today. Meanwhile, I heard the sound of the ice cream vendor in front of the house, which made my son very excited when he heard it.
Lighting bulbs lit in the municipality during Eid
After that, without saying anything else, my son ran to the balcony and from there he called the ice cream man who was walking down the street. Then he told me that he would buy ice cream for me, so I was also very eager to eat ice cream on a hot day. So I went downstairs and bought ice cream of several flavours of my choice and paid about one hundred taka for the ice cream. I came home and then my son and I ate ice cream and it was nice on a hot day.
I have loved to eat these ice creams since I was a child. So I like to keep them a little more fridge but since the sacrificial meat was kept in the fridge, there was no space in the fridge so there was not much ice cream. Then we took a bath and in the noon we really enjoyed eating Shanti Moto Dal and Komar Bhaji.
I made chanaa made with milk and lemon.
After resting for a while, I went out for a walk in the afternoon. After walking for a while, I was returning home when the Maghrib call was given. I saw of the municipality on the side of our road. The bulbs are still burning here. I felt very happy, realizing that the joy of Eid is not over yet. I took a picture and then walked home. I didn't eat much for the evening meal, just for my son. I made a lemon chip chanaa in half a kilo of milk and gave it to my son to eat, but I didn't feel like eating anything because of the heat. Then I sat down to teach my son. My husband returned home by eleven at night, and after finishing his meal, I made arrangements for sleep. I'm feeling a little unwell and tired from working so much during Eid, so I've reduced my online work a bit. First I'll get better and then I'll focus on work again.
