How are you guys hope everyone is fine and I am also fine Alhamdulillah today I am I came to participate in a recipe contest organized by @ripon0630 sir. in the Steem For Bangladesh community Name of the contest is 📢 Contest - Food for Mood - Season 6 cool I try to participate and I can present my favourite food recipe as I want now very nice contest through which I can share my dishes here very easily but let's finish with some questions and answers,
✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?
It depends on my mood I like to cook and when I'm in a not good mood I want to make something sweet and I do want to eat sweet things today I rely on myself to make Pies Decided because Pies are delicious and very important to make a sweet dish eating such foods can go good moments or mood can be improved effortlessly.
✅ What is the process for making it? (share the steps )

●Polar Rice
●Liquid Milk
●Powdered Milk
●Sugar
●Ghee
●Peanuts
●raisins
●Small cardamom
●bay leaf and
●cinnamon
The Process of receipe
STEP 1 |

At the beginning of the cooking, first I gathered all my essentials, then I put a big pan on the stove and put about 1 kg of liquid milk in it,

After that, I blended the polar rice like amount with a blender, then when the milk boils, I have to wait for a while to thicken it,

then when the milk thickens a little, add the blended polar rice, then it will continue to stir. It may stick down,

after a while After sometime there I will add some garam masala and then stir it again when I see the rice is boiling and almost cooked I will add sugar like amount here you can add less or more sugar as per your choice

then here I half I will add half spoon of salt it will be in sugary or sweet balance it will not taste too sweet after some time I will add three spoons of powdered milk here

Then when the cooking is done, I will add half a spoon of ghee towards the end, then stir everything well, leave it for two minutes again, then my pies will be completely ready,

then I will take the pies in a bowl . I will add almonds and raisins and then I will take a selfie with my recipe.
✅ What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?
If I don't have all the necessary ingredients on hand while cooking the pies I made today, I will try to make it as an alternative, like here if I don't have polar rice, I can make it with a normal rice and Here if I don't have sugar while cooking, there I can use jaggery to make pies so even if I don't have the ingredients on hand, I can make the same pies using substitutes.
✅ Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?
Of course, I can recommend today's food for mood improvement because the sweet pies I made today are so delicious to eat and eating sweets can make many people feel better if they are in a bad mood and mood than having such delicious food in front of their mouth is a good thing. Mind can be improved already so I can suggest this recipe to anyone to eat.
