How are your friends? I hope everyone is well and I am well too. Alhamdulillah, today I have come to participate in a healthy drinking recipe organized by @enamul17 sir. For this, I want to thank her for organizing such a beautiful contest. Today, I will present a great, delicious, and very healthy drink recipe based on the topic of this contest, which is the Ruapja recipe. We all know how beneficial Ruapja is for our body and for more than a century this drink has been ingrained in the minds of Bengalis especially during the month of Ramadan almost all Muslims like to break their fast with its drink. Also, although it is consumed a lot throughout the year during the fast, during the summer, Ruapja has a cool smell and is refreshing. A recipe that fills the mind and soul with its aroma and taste. Initially, it was known as a herbal medicine administered by Hamdard, but then gradually it became more familiar among the people. People drink it as a cold drink. It is a dark red syrup. But it should never be drunk alone. It should be mixed with milk or water. However, in the case of diabetic patients, it must be drunk after consulting a doctor because the amount of sweetness in the Ruapja is high, and various types of medicinal fruits and flowers for made. This Ruapja is made from about 110 fruit and flower extracts, which help our body to stay very dehydrated during the summer and help to remove the water emptiness in our body. It helps to fill our body from being to being full in an instant. It also helps to relieve the fatigue that we feel due to fasting all day during Iftar Drinking a glass of Ruapja sharbat relieves fatigue and makes it go away. So today I will show you how to make this drink quickly and at home and give ourselves and our family members a healthy sharbat. Let's get started.

Children are very fond of Ruapja because they can create an interest in eating more when they see the red colour and it is very selfish for the benefits of our body components we can keep a glass of Ruapja in our diet every day. I hope you like my recipe during the summer season. See you in a new post. May everyone be well, Allah Hafez.
