Once upon a time, We all cooked and ate together in the hostel.

Once upon a time, the day was joyful. We are all bachelors in the hostel, we are here to celebrate our happiness or to watch our activities. We sometimes try alternatives, sometimes succeeding, sometimes failing. What kind of success was that? I was delighted to see such a skilled job done. It reminds me again and again of how joyful it was. So today I am sharing with you the long activities of that precious time.

What was the moment? I couldn't guess, I know it would be helpful if I told you. That day we went to the bachelor's room in the hostel. We made it that day and were able to cook. Although I don't have much input into cooking and bread making. But I can say that I was there to help with cooking and making bread. I will continue to make the bread, because I was not able to cooperate enough while cooking the chicken. I was working with my roommate Abid as a bread-making partner. It was very difficult for me, but very easy for (Abid, my roommate). How was bread made in a consistent manner? I discuss the process below. Since we are bachelors and neither of us are chefs, please don't mind if there are any shortcomings in our consistent activities.

First, mix the flour with the required amount of water. It was mixed with hot water. It was very easy for us to make bread using flour mixed with hot water. Anyway, my roommate was quite good at this. I started enjoying his activities from the beginning. Take a sufficient amount of water in a bowl and add enough flour. Then, mix the flour with water as thoroughly as possible. It should be very thick and soft so that it can be separated easily. Then, each loaf of bread was made by taking a portion of the dough and making it into a loaf. We needed fifty grams of flour to make one loaf of bread.

What were we making bread on that day? You can easily guess. We basically made bread that day sitting on the floor of my room. We didn't have enough equipment, since we're not chefs. Anyway, we finished making the bread sitting here on the floor. We made about thirty loaves of bread. That day, there was a huge competition between six people to eat thirty loaves of bread. There will be five loaves of bread for everyone. There is still some work left to do in the bread making process. The first and second steps of how to make bread are complete. Now, to make the bread edible, you must heat it with a metal pan. Bread making can be completed with sufficient heat. Notice the pan below, bread was being fried here. It was being fried without oil.

It took us at least an hour to complete the bread-making process and serve all the breads. It took about two minutes to heat each loaf. Anyway, I was quite successful in following these processes for making bread. It was a great pleasure that my roommate and Jiban Chowdhury cooked chicken together. The oil-free bread and the aroma of delicious chicken meat captivated me. We had roasted chicken and bread ready for us. Everyone was ready to eat, just six people were waiting to be served. One of them had already eaten dinner, feeling very hungry. Anyway, the bread and the generous amount of roasted chicken were very good. I enjoyed the chicken and bread served.

The greatest joy is that we were able to create such interesting dishes without being chefs. The biggest contribution to this was my roommate and Jiban Chowdhury. I thanked them because they had shown great skill. I was also very happy to work with them as a collaborator.
