The name of the place is Nazira Bazar, it is a part of the oldest city of our country but it is located in the capital of our country Dhaka, it was pretty bustling before about 500 to 200 AD, it is located on the banks of the Buriganga River and in history, under the Mughal Empire, Dhaka was known as Jahangirnagar in honor of Emperor Jahangir.

The people of this place speak Dhakaiya as a dialect (known as Dhakaiya Kutti language), but this language is a mixture of Bengali and Urdu. Some of the popular dishes here include Biryani, Tika Kabab, Kath Kabar, Shami Kabab, Rooster Polau, Kachchi Biryani, Lachchi, Faluda, Bagorkhani, Nehari, Chicken Feet, etc.
However, the people of this region prefer spicy food, so in the case of biryani, Haji biryani, Al Razzak, and Hanif biryani shops are well known since ancient times.
One of their main favorite dishes is biryani, night is day here because this place is quite crowded at night, they go out to eat and drink at night and they like it more. We went there with friends to eat and drink and ate many things there, including the famous Hanif biryani, lassi, sweet masala paan, and faluda. To say the least, we enjoyed the moment of joy for some time.

The most popular there is Hanif biryani, for which there is almost a queue to eat and because there are many people, we have to stand in the absence of adequate cooling. Lassi is a pleasure to eat with satisfaction in a thirsty state in the heat.
The mixed style of speech of the people there, Bengali and Urdu, makes it more interesting to listen to. Although the name of this dialect is similar to the capital city (Dhakaiya Kutti). But it is related to their culture.
One of the reasons behind the deliciousness of Hanif Biryani is the cooking with spices and meat, the pieces of meat are cut into small pieces and the spices easily penetrate into each piece of meat during cooking, due to which this biryani has a different taste from other biryani.
However, since there is no fat or oil in this biryani, everyone can eat it.
Dhakaiya means eating betel leaf. There are many people who are desperate to eat betel leaf, but in terms of business in this region, they are self-employed, as there are few jobs, and most of the people in these regions have shops.
