How are you all? I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Today I will be taking part in a beautiful contest of the Steem For Bangladesh community. This contest name is "and become great at work"

I am sharing below how I prioritize my work.

• I usually do the most urgent and important tasks first, and the less important or less urgent tasks later.

• I prioritize the tasks with the most impact or produce the best results.

• It is important to have a deadline for each task. This makes it easier to complete the tasks, and I schedule the tasks based on that deadline so that everything is completed on time.

• Doing similar tasks together saves time and seems less laborious, so I organize the tasks reasonably.

• I do the tasks that are most important to the user first.

What we should do to achieve success is given below.

• Every person has a desire and everyone tries to achieve success. For success, you must work with a clear goal. You should never give up in terms of work. You should turn these goals into small steps and move towards the goal.

• You have to set priorities for work and use every moment efficiently. You should spend the right time at work instead of wasting time.

• After reading books, by associating with skilled people, you should take some skills from them and apply them. This is a big support and you will be able to bring out new skills from yourself.

• Success does not come quickly, so you have to be patient for it, and many people will be disappointed in it, so you have to be very strong and face all the dangers.

Along with hard work, here are the ways we can reach our goals faster.

The prerequisite for success is hard work. However, along with this hard work, some strategies have to be followed. Then it is possible to reach the goal faster.

• Along with hard work, you have to manage everything with your intelligence, you have to use your time without wasting time.

• If you divide big goals into small tasks, it will be easier to reach the goal and work.

• You can gain good experience by doing good books, videos, and courses somewhere.

• It is not possible to do everything alone, but if you work as a team, it becomes easier and mistakes in the work can be easily caught and corrected.

• There may be mistakes in the work or in the strategy, in which case the strategy has to be changed, but the goal cannot be changed, the goal will remain the same.

• You have to keep yourself healthy all the time, exercise every day and sleep properly

Below is an example of what kind of plan we need to complete a specific task.

Since I am working on Steemit, I will give an example using this platform.

My first plan to complete the task on this platform is to work with a target every month. I want to earn this much money this month and I have to do it with such thoughts and plans.

For this, I have to post good quality posts every day and build good relationships with everyone. This is the first stage of the plan. I have to read everyone's posts and highlight the good aspects of their posters with comments. In this way, I have to work slowly through the plan every day.

Success is not something permanent, it is achieved step by step. However, I regularly evaluate my work. I have been observing this situation and have been successful in terms of online work on the Steemit platform.

When I was new to this platform, I did not understand anything, with everyone's help I am making myself successful every day through my skills, my reputation at the beginning of this platform was 23 which has now become somewhat successful and has become 67,630 and in terms of income if it was 0 SP at the beginning, it is increasing every month and now it is a total of 1402 SP. I can show my success only by increasing the SP of my income and my reputation.
