I love cooking. And I like practicing new recipes even more. Today, I am participating in the cooking competition organized by my dear @solaymann Brother. The theme of my competition today in the Steem for Bangladesh community is - Week3: My Unique Recipe.. Today, I will present a wonderful recipe. Let's answer the questions and make a wonderful recipe.

My unique recipe today is Potato Twist. This dish is very popular with all of us. A potato will improve your taste to get a spicy and tasty dish made with few ingredients. Everyone, big and small, likes this dish, but the kids are more interested in eating it. If you make instant potato twists with a few potatoes at home, the whole family will have fun eating it. Besides, potato twists will be considered the best snacks for guests.

🧾Everything I need to make today's unique recipe.

  • Two - Potatoes,
  • Gram flour— as much as you like,
  • Corn flour— as much as you like,
  • Chili powder - half a teaspoon,
  • Turmeric powder, a pinch.
  • Coriander powder—a pinch,
  • Cumin powder—a pinch,
  • Chaat masala - half a teaspoon,
  • Salt—as much as you like,
  • Oil—as much as you like.
  • And you will need a few sticks.


Now let's see the process of making potato twists.

  • First, clean and wash the potatoes and peel them.

  • Now cut the potatoes into thin slices.

  • Now take a stick and bend the potatoes with two fingers and insert two parts into the stick. Insert each piece in the same way.

  • Now mix water and a little salt in a bowl. And soak the potato sticks in water for 15 minutes.

  • Now remove the sticks from the water and keep them on a clean, dry cloth for a while. This will absorb the water from the potatoes.

  • Now mix all the spices together and make a thin water mixture with water. Now dip the potatoes in the spice mixture.

  • Now heat the oil in a pan. Fry the potato sticks in the oil.

  • Flip the sticks and fry them well. They should be medium-rare for a while.

  • When completely fried, the potatoes will look golden. Once fried, place them on a tissue paper.

  • Take them in a bowl to serve, and sprinkle chaat masala on top.

🍲Finally, Serve with tomato sauce and crunchy potato twists.
