The Diarygame (12-04-2025) : Today I Have done Blood Hemoglobin and Glucose Tests.

Greeting my dear friends. Welcome to all of you on one of my new diary blogs on the day I went to the hospital for the important test. So I am presenting the diary blog of the day spent on a tired and sick body.

Basically, I went to the hospital for the first time on the 5th and gave me several tests for my physical illness that I had done well. However, there were still two tests left for me that I woke up in the morning to do the tests and went straight to the hospital next to my house and took the money receipt from there. Since I did CBC & Glucose these two tests there, my total cost was 820 BDT / 49.6 Steem.

After receiving the money receipt, I went straight to a room where my body's blood samples should be submitted and they will test my blood glucose later. In this case, when I gave blood to the first step, they took it,

A the second step was to tell me 2 hours of delay in giving blood, and who had given glucose with the pure water gave me two hours later. That is why I took a bottle of water and glucose in my hand and returned home. Basically my body needed to eat glucose before giving blood to the second step.

Back home I rest for a while and then eat breakfast. In this case I ate bread at breakfast and then I rest for some time. About two hours later I got out of my bed and then left for the hospital again. Then he reached the hospital within a while.

After reaching the hospital in the second phase, I again came from my body to blood. I was waiting to get my report at the end of the blood and found out that after the evening I would get this report in my hand for that I would return home. Back home, I get hungry again and then eat breakfast in the second step.

After finishing breakfast, I rest for some time and do some time inside the room. Then I drink a glass of sorbet as a nutritious meal to relieve my body fatigue. This is why sand sorbet is a lot more favorite and it is a very nutritious meal that I eat it occasionally.

When I finished eating the sorbet of Bell, I feel a little better and then I get busy with my home. Since I was at home, I cooked lunch myself that dayAt

At noon I finished the bath and ate lunch that I cooked. After eating lunch, I gave a long sleep and woke up in the evening. I wake up and leave directly for the hospital because then my glucose test report. As I arrive at the hospital, I accept my report.

I was a little disappointed after I received my report because there was nothing good written in the report. Basically my body's blood hemoglobin levels were quite low in the report that I got a while ago.

I took the report directly to the doctor and then asked me to eat some nutritious food. Moreover, I was told to be careful when eating food, so I returned home quickly. Back home, I set dinner according to the doctor's advice and in this case I ate a few fruits at dinner.

The doctor forbade me to eat sugary foods for two times and in this case asked to eat other foods instead of sugar food. In this case, the fruit was more priority that I ate the fruit at dinner and then finished my personal work and fell asleep at night.
