Food is very important and it is very important to eat food regularly to keep our body healthy.Due to the abundance of vitamins, especially carbohydrates, in our food, we gain physical strength and are able to work due to the constant increase in energy in our body.Today I will show you what foods I ate on 24-01-25 and I keep this as my daily food routine.I will try to show my diet from morning to night, especially the diet of boys, exactly as it should be and how it usually is.

Morning

The morning meal plan is very complicated for boys.Especially for boys who are studying and live in hostel life, they don't get breakfast.And there are differences in the case of boys who stay at home.

Even though I don't eat the same food every day, eating exactly the same foods in the morning is my daily habit.Today's food list included six dates and two bananas.That way, having some fruit and some ingredients every morning gets me through the morning and I don't need to eat until noon.

Even though today's diet is like this, the daily diet includes some raw chickpeas in the morning and some nutritious ingredients made with honey and milk.However, nothing heavy is ever eaten in the morning, and this is how the morning is spent.

Tea is one of the regular meals in the morning.If you don't have a cup of tea in the morning, your entire morning is ruined.It's a blissful moment when a cup of tea is sipped and the warm blessings refresh the body.A cup of tea in the morning is good for the soul, but I make it at home and eat it. I don't have the habit of eating out.This decision is made because it uses more sugar when made outside, which can harm the body.

Lunch

Rice is the most perfect food for lunch.I don't know how it is in urban areas, but in our rural areas, rice is the most popular food in the morning, and rice is eaten in large quantities at lunchtime and even at three meals a day.However, there are exceptions in some cases, such as when many people eat bread due to illness.

Tomato and carrot salad has been prepared for lunch.Salad is very good and it is a good accompaniment to meals and is widely consumed in villages.It's winter and the most commonly available vegetables at this time are tomatoes and carrots.I made tomato salad and carrot salad before eating and put the two together.

I really like this two-ingredient salad mixed with lunch.I don't really dig into vitamins, but I've heard that these foods contain a lot of vitamins, especially carrots and tomatoes, which have been talked about a lot.

Then I took rice to eat.The rice was accompanied by carrot salad and spinach, one of the most nutritious foods.Spinach stir-fry and cauliflower and potato curry were served as the curry.Among them was the fish that is referred to as the national fish of Bangladesh.Great fun was shared with Hilsa and it was great fun.After that, I didn't eat or drink much the rest of the day.

Night

There is not much to eat at night. Rice is perfect for eating at night in rural areas.Everyone spends their lives eating rice here before going to bed, and they have no extra food.That night, I had a great time eating 3 plates of rice with the leftover Hilsa fish curry and Hilsa fish pieces.

The vegetables in the curry were tomatoes, potatoes, cauliflower, etc.Vegetable stew was served as a side dish for dinner.I accepted the food with great pleasure.And I hope my ideal daily meals are very perfect and it is especially beneficial for my body.I would like to thank brother @mostofajaman for sharing today's meal ingredients and meal times.
