The Diary Game /A day: from sehri to iftar!
Today was a special and busy day. I woke up early in the morning, had Sehri and prepared myself for worship. After Sehri, I performed the obligatory prayers and then fell asleep for a long time. My tired body felt refreshed after taking some rest.
I woke up around noon and planned to go to Farmgate with my younger brother. We will take the bus to Dhaka New Market. But before that, we went to Dhaka Bashundhara.
After buying a Punjabi from there, we set off for New Market. Upon reaching New Market, we got lost in the middle of shopping. My younger brother started buying his favorite things one after another, clothes, and daily necessities. I also bought a shirt, pants, and a Punjabi for myself. I was feeling a strange satisfaction after getting each favorite thing in my hands.
But without noticing the time, we were busy shopping and the evening approached. As it was time for iftar, we sat down at a small food stall near New Market. Although the atmosphere of the stall was simple, the iftar food was delicious. With dal brad, fried rice, dates, and a glass of cold sherbet, we refreshed our body and mind. All the fatigue of the day seemed to disappear in an instant.
After Iftar, I returned home by bus. We were all very tired. The memories of the day, especially the moments spent with my younger brother, left a happy impression on my mind. At the end of the day, I returned to my house and thanked Allah for giving me such a beautiful day.
Today reminded me of those moments in my life that are small yet precious. Every moment in life, especially the time spent with family, seems to bring a different flavor.
