I'm not very good at cooking, but I try to cook different kinds of food every now and then with great passion. I learned cooking from my mother, she used to cook and I learned how to cook.

It is said that fish and rice are Bengalis, the main food of Bengalis is rice and fish. So today I made hilsa fish tail filling, I saw many people come to Mawa Ferighat to eat hilsa fish tail filling, so I thought I will try to make it today. I will share that recipe with you step by step today. So let me share with you my recipe today….

Cooking Details

First I took 2 pieces of hilsa fish tail, then put turmeric powder and salt on both pieces well and left it for 30 minutes.

After that, put a pan in the oven and fry the two tail pieces well with some mustard oil on it, and also fry the dry chillies.

After taking it out after frying, I will put the two pieces on the pata-puta and bruise them well, and I will also choose the cuts of the fish.

Then in a bowl, mix together chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped coriander leaves and dry chilies, after mixing, add the battered fish and mix it well with the remaining oil from frying the fish.

Hilsa fish is one of my favorite fish. So I like the hilsa fish tail stuffing. My mother also ate this food prepared by me, she liked my recipe better. And I also enjoyed my new recipe very much and I found it very tasty too.😊
