Starting by wishing good health to all Steemit friends. Alhamdulillah I am well by the infinite mercy of Allah. Steam for Bangladesh community has organized a great contest on wedding ceremony. I will participate in this contest today. So let's get started.

How do you feel about attending a relative's wedding ceremony?

I like to attend the wedding ceremony of relative's wedding. Wedding means eating delicious food, spending naughty sweet time with relatives, friends, blessing the bride and groom, taking pictures, dancing and singing etc. But I like to spend time with friends and cousins in wedding ceremony and do photography with them in various ways.

The day before the wedding ceremony, there is a yellow evening ceremony which I like very much. Besides, I like to spend time dancing and singing together with all the family or cousins in the wedding ceremony. For example, everyone wearing the same dress together, dressing up, etc. is also one of the most attractive factors in the wedding ceremony.

How many weddings have you attended and shared your feelings and experiences there?

I have attended numerous weddings. But to share my feelings and experiences of attending some weddings. In our country most of the weddings are held in winter season ie November December January February. So in the months of November and December I attended various events. Last few days I attended the wedding of my cousin's girlfriend and a relative.

All of us cousins and relatives had a great time at cousin's wedding. We all went to the parlor together and got dressed and had food. Along with the groomsmen we all had a naughty sweet time together. Cousin's wedding is the most memorable time when we all hang out together and do photography. I like my cousin's wedding more than all weddings because we all know each other and feel comfortable spending time with everyone.

Also had a great time at my girlfriend's wedding. Because in girlfriend marriage friends and childhood girlfriends meet and the relationship with each other is sweeter. This is my girlfriend again my relative. I also met various relatives and spent time with cousins at my girlfriend's wedding. Marriage is about the union of two parties and the union of two relationships. Family and relatives of both parties are bound in a happy relationship.

If you are married, how was your wedding ceremony? If not, how do you plan to complete the event? Tell us about your future plans.

I am married and at the time of my marriage my mother was sick so there was no ceremony in my marriage i.e. I was married suddenly. But I got married in a small ceremony. There was no grandeur in that ceremony. I got married in the presence of only some of our close relatives.

But I plan to celebrate my wedding anniversary in a big way when I reach 12 years of marriage. I will celebrate my wedding anniversary according to the plan according to which I was not married. It is a common practice in our country to perform a yellow ceremony on the day before the wedding, which I could not do in a big way in my wedding. But during the wedding anniversary I will celebrate this yellow event with great fanfare.

Happily, that day is not far away, two years from now will be my wedding anniversary and then I will be able to have the ceremony as planned.

Marriage means a ceremony is held according to various customs or rules. That is, the bride and groom are bound in marriage by following various rules and customs. However, there are some common customs or traditions in our region which are given below:

In our region, the day before the wedding ceremony, a ceremony of turmeric is done at the house of the bridegroom and one of the parties. On that occasion, the groom's party gives turmeric to the wedding party and eats various types of decoration fruit. On the other hand, some parties also give turmeric to the groom and eat fruit for decoration. On the day of turmeric, the bridegroom gives a gift to one party and the other party gives a gift to the groom's party.
On the morning of the wedding day, a very ancient custom is that when the bridegroom or someone is being bathed, everyone rubs their face with black ink. Here everyone spends a very naughty and happy time. After that everyone takes bath and prepares for the wedding ceremony.

When the groom comes to someone's house for the wedding ceremony. Then everyone from one side grabs the gate and takes money from the groom. Apart from this, there is a custom of hiding the groom's shoes and feeding the groom together with the cousins in the wedding ceremony.

When the groom comes to the sister's house for the wedding, the mother of the corner takes the groom from the car with gifts and takes him to the wedding ceremony. On the other hand, the bridegroom's mother takes her from the car at the corner with a gift. And this is a traditional practice from the very ancient times of our region, which is still going on in our wedding ceremonies.
After the wedding the groom and the bridegroom are fed sweets by the mother of the groom which is a common practice in our region. Then the bridegroom and the bridegroom eat sagar anna together. During this time the cousins of the bride and bridegroom are present and spend some happy moments.
