I'm starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, I'm doing very well because of your prayers. Today, I will be participating in the recipe contest in the Steem for Bangladesh community with one of my great recipes. So let's get started.
Milk Chitai Pitha Recipe |

In our Bangladesh, this traditional food is popular during the winter season. In every village, this recipe is made for guests in the village or for sisters, nieces, relatives and friends during the winter season. Since it is winter now, this recipe is almost always made at home for guests. I came to visit my father's house, so this recipe was also made at our house. This recipe, i.e. this Dudh Chitrai Pitha, is my favorite food during the winter season.
Anyway, below is what I need to make the Dudh Chitai Pitha recipe.
Required materials:

Cow's milk | 7 kg |
Rice flour | Three kg |

Date molasses | 4 kg |

Preparation method |

- First step: First, I will make a paste of rice flour with the required amount of water and salt. That is, the paste must be prepared for making Chitai Pitha.
- Second step: Now put a pot on the stove and add cow's milk and mix it well. The better the cow's milk is cooked, the tastier this pitha will be.I will add a little salt to the milk.
- Third step: Now remove the milk from the stove, break the date molasses and add a small amount of water to it and make a paste in the stove. When the date molasses becomes like juice, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
- Fourth step: When the cow's milk has cooled, mix it with the date molasses to make a paste. Then, mix it well with a spoon.
- Fifth step: Now to make the chitai pitha, heat the clay pot well in the oven. Using a round spoon, add the amount of kai required to make the chitai pitha.
- Sixth step: Then soak the hot chitui pitha in cow's milk. Be sure to cover it, otherwise the chitui pitha will not soak well in the milk.
- Eighth step: This pitha is usually made in the evening so that it soaks well overnight and can be eaten in the morning. However, if you soak it for three to four hours, the pitha is ready to eat. Anyway, this time I will take a selfie with the recipe I made.

This pitha is a traditional and loving pitha. Because this pitha recipe takes a lot of time to make and our guests spend time with us. That is, everyone in the house makes this pitha together. Since ancient times, people in villages and ganjs have been making this pitha together and from afternoon to night, besides making pitha, they also tell various stories. This pitha is as delicious to eat as it is to spend time together with everyone in the house while making this recipe.
