Today, there was(Waz Mahfil) in front of our house at the mosque/the dairy game/15-02-2025

Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.Today, a Waz Mahfil is being held in front of our house at the mosque. Since morning, the mosque premises have been decorated very lively.

I went to the rooftop in the afternoon to put out some dry chilies in the sun. My father will take the chilies to the market in the evening to grind them. After that, I spread the chilies out nicely. From the rooftop, I was observing all the activities below in the field. The mosque workers have set up a microphone on our rooftop. Every year, when the Waz Mahfil is held, the microphone is installed on our roof.

For the Waz Mahfil at our mosque, a small fair was organized in the field behind our house. After finishing our lunch, the children were insisting to be taken to the fair. They all dressed up nicely and wore new clothes. They were asking for my help in getting ready. So, I helped them get dressed up nicely. My son, my two younger sisters, and my older sister's two daughters got ready.

Then we all went to the fair. The fair was held in the field behind my house. We then all wandered around looking at everything. There were toy shops, fast food stalls, shops selling jalebi sweets, and so on. After that, there were also some cosmetics and beauty product shops set up.

The most exciting attraction at the fair was a horse. To ride the horse, one had to buy a ticket for 10 or 20 taka. My son was insisting very eagerly to ride the horse. So, I took him to the horse. After getting on the horse, he was screaming in fear while also laughing. Then, one by one, my little sister and my older sister's daughters all got on the horse.

Then everyone enjoyed noodles, phuchka (a type of Indian snack), jalebi, and various pickles. Later, I noticed that there were three microphones set up on the roof of my house. After wandering around for a while longer, I returned home with everyone.

Today's Waz features three artists from Bangladesh's famous Kolarab musical group, who have come from far away for this gathering.The name of our mosque was Bahadurpur Mollah Bari Jame Mosque. Our lineage is Mollah. This mosque was established in 1996. Since my childhood, I have been seeing this madrasa. Since I was a child, I have gained my Islamic education and Arabic education from here. Many memories from my childhood are intertwined with this mosque.
