Hope everyone is well and healthy by the grace of the Creator. First of all, thanks to @mostafajaman, for sharing such a beautiful contest with us. This is my first time participating in such a contest. I am very happy about that.I would like to invite @amjadsharif @suryati1 @solaymann @mahadisalim.

I think we should include calcium, vitamins, iron,carotene, etc in our food list every day. All the above ingredients are found in vegetables, potatoes, fish, meat, eggs, etc. To live a healthy normal life, we need to keep the list of food.To live a healthy, normal life, we ​​must eat quality and nutritious food. Nutritious food is very important for our body. I am always very careful about my family and me. That is why I always try to consume good food for my family and to develop food habits. If the body is healthy, our mind is very good.

Breakfast

I cooked chicken noodles for my family in the morning.Actually I can't feed chicken to my son.That's why i cook chicken noodles in this way & my son loves that. I made a mixed salad for everyone. I don't like to eat heavy food in the morning.My family loves it when made like this salad and I love it too.Cucumber,carrot,tomato,coriander leaves etc contain a lot of nutrients which are essential for our body.

Lunch time

I always have to cook two or three kinds of food for my family in the afternoon. So I cooked tomato bharta, fried sweet pumpkin with shrimp, and fish broth with tomatoes for lunch. I give a little more importance to eating and drinking in the afternoon, because in the afternoon we all sit and eat together in the family, so we can spend some time together.

Evening & Night

As the body is not so good, I brought some vapapithas from outside for a light evening snack for all the family.

At night, no one in my family takes such heavy food. I was a little sick so there was no plan to cook at night.Even then I cooked chickpea boots for everyone. Chickpea is a very beneficial food for our health. Chickpea has many nutrients.

This was my food list for the whole day today.I always try my best to prepare nutritious food for my family and myself. I always believe and follow it.
