Peace be upon you. To all my Steamian friends, I hope you all are well by the infinite mercy of the Creator. Alhamdulillah, by Allah's mercy and your prayers, I am also doing very well.I am @saniya9, also known as Shamima Khan. I am a teacher and a student, a volunteer, and also a blogger. I love photography very much. I capture every moment of my daily life with my camera. Before I knew it, today marks the 11th day of the holy month of Ramadan. I pray to Allah that this sacred month brings happiness, peace, and mercy into our lives. Today, I came to share with you the moments of my day. So let’s get started

Today, I woke up at three in the morning. The reason is that everyone in the family gathers together for Sehri. After finishing Sehri together, everyone gets busy with their tasks. Then, upon hearing the beautiful call to Fajr prayer, we all freshen up and perform our prayers. After offering the prayer, we recite some verses of the Quran, and then we all fall asleep again. I got up again at eight in the morning because I had a computer class today. I woke up your son, freshened him up, and fed him breakfast. Then we set out for my father’s house because the computer training center is located near my father’s house. After reaching my father's home, I left your son with his grandmother and set out for my computer class.

When I came back home, I saw my younger sisters playing with rose flowers. So, I took the rose from them and did some photography. Sometimes, I like to take a little time for myself. After all, we should prioritize ourselves first. Many of us cannot do this because of the busyness of household work and professional life. Subsequently, I spent some time playfully with my son on the road in front of the house. After that, I said goodbye to my parents and came to my in-laws’ house.

Upon arriving home, I found my mother-in-law had brought fish and chicken from the market. So, I got busy helping her. I sat with her, cutting the fish and cleaning it properly. Then, I packaged them and prepared them to be put in the fridge. There was a large catla fish, 1 kilogram of small fish, and a chicken. After that, I put them in the fridge.

Later, I fed my son lunch. After that, I gave him a bath and dressed him beautifully, then put him to sleep. After that, I also freshened up, performed my prayers, and rested for a while. Afterward, I began cooking to prepare for Iftar. I helped my mother-in-law with all the tasks so that her burden would be lighter. Then the two of us cooked everything very nicely for Iftar.

Then, when it was time for Iftar, our whole family gathered together to break our fast. After Iftar, everyone prayed in their own way and took some time to rest. Those were the moments of my day today. Please let me know how your days are going and how you are spending your fast.
