Hello friends, how are you, I hope everyone is fine, I am also fine, in fact, every day something happens in people's lives, I will try to present some beautiful moments of my day through diary game, without further ado, let's start.

Friends, today we are given general duty on Friday, which will be coordinated with the holiday, due to the fact that we are closed on New Year's Day 1 and 2. Friends, I went to the office today to visit the floor. Because an audit is scheduled to take place in our factory in a few days, we were trying to prepare all our floors in advance. As you can see, many problems were found during the floor visit today. And some major problems I have shared with you by photographing. You can see there is food placed by the window which is illegal.And some ready-made garments are kept in lot form so high that it may fall down any time and cause an accident. So it is also illegal. And the biggest dangerous thing is that the fire equipment is blocked by cartoons. You can see all the fire equipment is blocked by the finish good stuff which is very sad. And I tried to find out these problems and solve them immediately. And got some problems which will be solved in time given time.

Friends I shared with you some time ago that our fire diesel pump controller is broken. And you can see the third party people came in today to fix the controller. And they're measuring different points of the controller with meters and they're trying to get it running again. Actually the importance of fire diesel pump is very high in the factory. Because in the event of a fire, the first thing is to cut off all the power in the factory. So at that time the only hope is the fire diesel pump in extinguishing the fire. So it is a big challenge for the management to be spoiled. So I am trying to fix it as soon as possible and bring it back to the previous position.

Friends, there were some findings from the RSC audit in our factory regarding the detection system. As you can see we called two suppliers today. And I am attending a meeting with them along with our management. And today's meeting is discussing how they will work in our factory and how they will work. Because the RSC audit will come to our factory within a few days. So they have to finish their work before that, Urgent called everyone, our management people have a meeting today. And they took a timeline of when the work would start and when it would finish.

Friends, you can see that a new rule has been introduced in our factory. Create a desk in the middle of the floor for HR on the floor where they will sit. You can see our management has given new desk and chair for floor HR in each floor and it will be open in front of everyone. And everyone will come here and tell everyone's problems and Florezer will sit there and solve it instantly. I like this very much. Because here everyone on the floor can get various types of support from the floor HR without any hassle.

Friends, you can see that a waj mahfil has been organized here. And this waj mahfil is being held on the street in front of our factory. Waj mahfils are mostly during winter. And this waj mahfil is organized by the local people and our factory management together. So we were all invited to this waj mahfil today. Although my duty is till seven today and the waz mahfil will start after eight pm. So I can't stay today. But I sincerely thank all those who organized this waj mahfil. It was a very good initiative and the pandal was beautifully decorated. And two to three speakers are brought from outside to do the waj.
