My Application For Steem Representative & Booming Support role 2025.

Dear Steemitblog,
Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to apply for the Steem Representative and Booming Support roles. I would like to submit my application to you, demonstrating my long-term commitment and dedication to improvement on this platform. I hope my application will be considered.
My name is Ariful Islam Ripon and I am a permanent resident of the Chittagong Division in Bangladesh. I hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics from a National University. I joined the Steemit platform in December 2020 and have been active since 2021. I have never been inactive for a long period; I have always completed my tasks actively and efficiently. My presence on this platform for over 4 years has given me the opportunity to be involved in many roles and I have successfully fulfilled all my responsibilities.
I have consistently supported all Steemit blog projects and tried to participate wholeheartedly. Currently, I am honestly and sincerely fulfilling my responsibilities in several communities. I have always guided users on various matters within and outside the community. I have helped newcomers understand Steemit and Steem thoroughly and continue to do so. During challenging times, with my hard work and honesty, I have successfully guided and supported users in an entire region, fulfilling the responsibility of maintaining and fostering community formation.
Currently, my reputation is 79.860. From the beginning, I have earned this reputation by working hard and staying active in the community. Not only my profile reputation, but I have also earned a reputation among community members as an ideal Steemian for my work. I am always grateful to the Steem team.
I always try to maintain my voting CSI by upvoting genuine posts and users. I always try to support posts from those who create valuable content and contribute to this platform. Maintaining a correct voting pattern, I have upvoted 155 posts in the last 7 days.

- Currently, my own Steem Power is 28,596. Quality matters more to me than quantity and I am consistently trying to increase my SP by staying active and maintaining that quality. I do not have any delegation from other accounts. I have delegated 500 sp to @steem-atlas for growth of this project, 3,535 sp to @steem4bangladesh native community and 2024 sp to establish community @travelingsteem .

In a word, Experience. From Country Representative in 2022 to being a Steem Representative in all rounds until 2024, I have performed my duties with extreme dedication in all rounds. My experience includes receiving the Steemit Award for one of Best Content Creator in 2022 and managing communities for a long time, which makes me suitable to be a Steem Representative.
I initially educated myself on how Steem works and am continuously helping others understand it. I have tried to explain every Steemit blog project to all users through appropriate guidance and weekly guide classes and monthly meeting. I have always provided guidelines to users outside the community directly commenting on their blogs and through Discord and WhatsApp.

I am always active in Steem promotion. Although I could not directly participate in long-distance events, last year, I successfully planned and executed a global meeting for Steem promotion in our capital city. I have created an educational and safe space for every user in the entire region, making the Steem for Bangladesh native community the school for Bangladeshi users across the Steemit platform.
I always try to make newcomers aware of Steemit's rules and provide proper guidelines to users both within and outside the community and various steps of improving their posts. Through my experience, I have shown the willingness to help deserving individuals establish their position on this platform and have always inspired them.
My Future Commitment
I am capable of taking on any challenge for Steem growth. My knowledge from past community leadership and experience as a representative will inspire me to be an even more dedicated and hardworking representative in the future. Therefore, respecting the rules by the Steemit platform team, I believe I am a good choice for a Representative.
