Betterlife - The Diary Game | 20 May, 2025 | A cloudy busy day.

Assalamualaikum friends, I hope you are all doing well. Finally, our area has seen some rain. In this intense heat, a little rain brings a lot of relief to everyone. So, my day started with seeing clouds gather in the sky. After breakfast, I headed to our office.

Looking out the window from my desk, I noticed the sky was getting very cloudy. Just a little while later, it started raining. That day I saw the first rain of the year. After getting some work done, some singaras and herbal tea were brought to my desk. The hot singaras with tea were quite enjoyable during the rain.

I finished my office work by noon and returned home for lunch. It only rained for a short while that morning, but the sky remained cloudy all day. So, in this cloudy, cool weather, I decided to visit the garden behind our house.

Usually, I don't visit the garden much due to the heat. There are several large trees there that we sometimes use for making furniture or rental rooms. There's a small pond and I'm thinking of releasing little fish when it fills up during the next monsoon.

I had an invitation, so I didn't stay long in the garden. Around Asr prayer time, I was invited to the Nikah ceremony of an elder brother. The Nikah ceremony was held at a mosque, so I arrived there on time.

The ceremony was completed by following religious customs. Signing the Nikah is a very important moment in a boy's life. When I saw the groom signing, I took some photographs of the moment with my phone.

The guests at the ceremony were given some snacks, which I took home. I noticed it was almost dark and the Maghrib call to prayer was being made, so I went to the mosque to offer the evening prayers.

On my way back, I took a clear look at our new mosque, which was under construction. The design of our mosque seemed unique to me and I hope its construction will be completed very soon so we can pray there.

After returning home in the evening, I rested for a while. I also had the invitation to the wedding ceremony of the elder brother that night. So, I got ready and went to the designated community center where the event was hosted.

I arrived there first and had dinner. Then, I exchanged greetings with several familiar guests at the community center. Before returning home, I went to the second floor of the community center to see the bride and collected some photographs.

After returning home, I put my new clothes in their proper place and freshened up. Then, after browsing phone for some time, I prepared to sleep. As of today I'm leaving here. Wish you all good health, everyone
