Dear Steemit Team,

We express our sincere gratitude for giving us the golden opportunity to apply as community curators.

We have formed a team that is eager to take on the role of curator in April while strictly adhering to all Steemitblog rules.

We are a team of three members. Since we have previous curation experience, we will do it properly if we are given this responsibility again.

I came to Steemit in the month of April 2021 thanks to my friend @jjer who invited me. Since then I have been active as a user, dedicating myself to creating content in different communities and I dedicate many hours a week to Steemit. # In addition to being active I also like to reinvent myself, explore new things and vary what I do. On my blog you can find a little bit of everything, from posts related to cooking, health, finances, sports, opinion and more. I also like to participate in initiatives in which I feel comfortable and at ease.

I've been a highly engaged Steemian since 2021 and have been deeply familiar with this platform for the past three years. I've consistently supported Steemit's programs and projects. I'm a former Steem Representative and Country Representative for Bangladesh. Currently, I'm working as the Admin of the Steem for Bangladesh community, a greeter in the Newcomers Community, and Admin of Traveling Steem.

I've also served as a community curator for several months. All my experience shows my dedication to Steemit growth and I'm eager to contribute further in a curatorial role.

I am Jephthah Moses by name, popularly known as @bossj23 on Steemit. I am a Nigerian by nationality. It's so great applying for this position of curator this month the objectives are working to support quality posts and comments not just in communities or tags but also look for posts created in blogs and quality comments as well. You may be wondering if I'm capable! Let me introduce myself properly. I was introduced to this platform in the year 2021 and became a moderator the following year because I was tested to fitness in terms of quality posts and shouldering of responsibilities. I was entrusted with the opportunity to become a moderator in two different communities;

steemkids and parents' community
steem4nigeria community.

Working with these communities as a moderator has kept me on the platform active and vibrant. I've had lots of achievements as a dolphin, celebrity, ambassador in a community, and lots more. I also worked as a steem curator handling the steemcurator04 account some months ago. This is evidence that shows I am fit to work with my team if counted worthy. As a newbie guide and promoter, I've helped a lot of people get to know this platform and also trained them on how to be successful on steemit. Position alone does make one experience this I know. That's why I still thank the team for being accommodating.

Conclusion

We come from different regions and time zones, so it's easy for us to maintain consistent curation efforts. We have the experience to lead a curation team while following all the rules. With prior experience on various curation teams, we can provide the right level of curation.

We are skilled in using various tools and detecting abuse. Before curating a post, we are experienced in checking for plagiarism, AI content, club system, voting CSI, and visiting different communities to select suitable posts.

So consider us as a curator team in April and we ensure that we carry out our important duties properly.
