1-Have you tried any Pakistan's food? Which Pakistan's food is available at your local places?

Bangladeshi food has many similarities with Pakistani food. Different types of Pakistani food are very popular in Bangladesh and there are many restaurants serving Pakistani food. I myself like to eat Pakistani food. My favorite foods include Biryani, Kebab, Naan, Haleem. These foods are very popular and widely sold foods all over Bangladesh. A popular hotel in Bangladesh is "Hazi Biryani" which is famous all over Bangladesh for its special Beef Tehari. Dessert items include Lassi, Rasmalai. Lassi, Rasmalai are very popular among dessert lovers.

I will put a pan on the stove and let the oil heat up. When the oil is hot, I will drop the chicken pieces into the oil and fry them lightly. When the chicken is a little fried, I added the green chilies to the chicken. I mixed the green chilies and chicken well.

My delicious chicken is ready to serve. My chicken kadai smelled so good.I will definitely try cooking chicken kadai like this next time and enjoy it with my family.

3-Is your local cousin has any food that resembles with the shared recipe?

In our country (Bangladesh) chicken is cooked in different ways.Bangladeshi cuisine has many similarities with Pakistani cuisine. Chicken kadai has many similarities with chicken bhuna of Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, chopped coriander is often not used in chicken bhuna. Chicken bhuna and chicken kadai have many similarities with all other spices. It’s taste was amazing.

4- Which flavour or spice do you like from Pakistan's cuisine ?

I think the taste and aroma of a dish depends on the spices used in the dish. Pakistan's cuisine uses a variety of spices. These spices create a different aroma in the dish. I like different types of spices, and cumin is one of my favorite spices. Cumin brings a different flavor to the dish. I try to use a little cumin in almost all my dishes.I also like cinnamon, black pepper, clove.
