I hope you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah! I am also well with your prayers and love. Dear friends, I will share a simple Chirrar Polao (Flattened rice) today. This recipe is very simple and tasty.
Chirra (flat rice in English) is a carbohydrate or sugar-based food. Chira is a readily available food that is easily digested and provides plenty of calories. Eating chirra is beneficial for the stomach. Chira is recommended especially for diarrhea and IBS patients. Also, eating chirra can contribute to meeting the iron requirement of the body.
Chirra is a very easily digestible food. That is, chirra is easily digested. Eating chirra will be very beneficial for those who have low digestive power. Chira provides calories to the body by being digested in the fastest time after eating. About 333 calories are available from 100 grams of chirra. Chirra is an iron-rich food that contributes to meeting the iron requirement of the body. Iron is required for the production of blood cells.In terms of carbohydrates, rice, and chirra are similar foods. But chirra can be eaten occasionally instead of rice to bring a variety of tastes. Also, eating chirra (with sour yogurt or fruit) as a healthy snack instead of fast food would be beneficial.
To begin with, I will let you know what ingredients I need to make this recipe. I will show you how to make this Chirrar polao very easily. Without further ado, I think we should start with today's recipe.
- 1 cup of Chirra
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 1/2 cup cauliflower
- 1/2 cup of peanuts
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 cup of onion
- 1/2 cup of beans
*1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- A few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 2 tablespoons of white oil
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger.
First, wash and drain the water and leave it for 15 minutes. Chop all the vegetables finely.

When the vegetables are fried, mix the soaked nuts. Mix the sugar, salt and pepper powder in the required quantity and fry them.Fry the nuts in a little oil.

Heat the oil and fry the curry leaves, mustard seeds and cumin seeds in it. Fry the chopped ginger and onion a little and fry all the vegetables one by one. Fry them well with a pinch of turmeric.

When the vegetables are fried, mix the soaked nuts. Mix the sugar, salt and pepper powder in the required quantity and fry them.

Mix the fried nuts, lemon juice, and fried spice powder and set aside.
