To make the 10-minute meal more delicious, I can use different items here. For example, I can make the light spicy and add some vegetables to it. Like carrots, cauliflower, etc. These are full of nutrients. And healthy. Along with that, another ingredient can be used, I can use eggs here to add a little more flavor to the potato pressure.

I did not make the food for myself as I made it for Iftar. We made this food for three of my family. I am my husband and my father-in-law. If there were more members in my house, I could have increased the quantity of this food by using more ingredients and spices. Since we are a small family, I made the food for the three of us.
The ingredients I used to make the potato chop recipe are:

Step 1,
First, I let the potatoes boil.
Step 2,
Once the potatoes are boiled, mash them well and mix them like a paste.

Now I will add all the spices one by one to the potato paste. Such as salt, roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder.

Then mix everything together well.
Step 5,
Now, the mixed potatoes have to be made into balls.
Step 6,
Now on one side I have mixed the salt together and made a paste of gram flour.

Now I have to take the potato chop one by one and put them inside the gram flour.

And on the other hand, I have heated the oil in a pan on the stove.

Now I will fry the potato chops mixed with gram flour one by one in the hot oil.

I will wait until the potato chops turn brown and become crispy.

Once all the potato chops turn brown, I will remove them from the oil. I have served the chops on a plate.
