My recipe today is Khichuri with Panchmishali vegetables. Winter season has passed. There are many types of vegetables available in the winter season. If a Khichuri can be cooked with all types of vegetables, then that Khichuri is very delicious to eat in the morning or night of winter. I really like this vegetable Khichuri. I hope you all like it.

So now I will share with you how I cooked the recipe. The ingredients I used to make vegetable khichuri are,

Step 1,
First, I finely chopped the onions. I also chopped the chilies into slices and chopped the garlic. I also chopped all the vegetables into small pieces and washed them well.

Then I heated the oil in a pan.

When the oil is hot, I will pour the onion, chili and garlic.

I will fry the onions and add garam masala.
Step 5,
Once the onions are fried for a while, add the vegetables.

Then add all the spices one by one to the vegetables. Salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black cumin. Mix all the spices together with the vegetables.
Step 7,
The vegetables should be mashed well for a while.
Step 8,
Once the vegetables are mashed, add the rice and dal that you washed well together.
Step 9,
Now fry the rice and dal and vegetables together for a while. So that there is no smell of the dal, the khichuri also tastes a little better.
Step 10,
Once the rice and dal are fried together, add enough hot water.
Step 11,
Now wait for the khichdi to boil. I made the khichuri a little bit thick. Because I don't like vegetable khichuri if it is too hard or too soft.
Step 12,
When the khichuri is cooked and the water dries up, I will turn off the stove and leave it for a while. And I will sprinkle a little ground cumin powder on top. This will increase the flavor of the khichuri a little.
Step 13,
Finally, my vegetable khichuri is ready. Now I will serve it hot on a plate. It will be very tasty to eat with tomato salad.
