Dear Diary,

It rained a lot in my city last night and even after waking up in the morning, I saw the sky was cloudy. Seeing such a beautiful weather, my heart was filled. I took some photographs of the beautiful scenery outside from the balcony. The rain water has made the surroundings clean and the environment is very beautiful. It would have been nice to walk in a calm environment but I could not go out due to urgent work at home. The rain-drenched railway station looks so beautiful. The beauty of this station is different in the bright sun and it seems to be even more beautiful in this rainy weather.

I try to give time to this platform every day but due to my busy schedule for the past week I am not able to give time. It is not that I am not able to give time, actually I am not able to give enough time. Last week I had a contest going on so this week I am preparing a post for the winner announcement of that contest. I prepare a cover photo separately for each of my contests which are quite creative in my opinion. To prepare each cover photo I select a theme according to the topic of the contest and then prepare the cover photo. Last week the topic of my contest was action movie related so I prepared such a cover photo let me know how it turned out.

Then I watch TV with my nephew. He was watching some reels on YouTube. Although I don't like most of the reels he watches, I rarely sit down to watch TV with him. Today, when he was watching these reels, I was also inattentive. I think parents should play an important role in the content selection of children because they should only be allowed to watch those contents that contain learning content.

I went out when it was dark all around. Although going out at this time is completely prohibited by my family, today I was allowed to go out because my uncle was with me. While returning home from there, my sister called me and informed me that the electricity connection has been restored to the house, which had been disconnected for the last four hours. I was very happy to hear the news because our house does not have a generator, so if there is no electricity, we have to use the stairs to go to the flat. Now that the electricity connection has been restored, we can use the lift. I was very worried because I had my elderly uncle with me.

At night I collected some mint leaves from my balcony mint plant. Today I will prepare an item with mint leaves and pulses which is very popular in our country and locally it is called "daler bara". I collected some fresh mint leaves and cleaned them and washed them with water. Then I blended the pulses which I had soaked earlier in a blender jar and mixed them with mint leaves. In the last step I heated oil in a pan and made small round shapes and fried the mixture in oil. It was very tasty.

Today my niece brought me an ice ball. She learned how to make this ball by watching YouTube. She told me that when she was studying, she had a balloon at her feet which she collected, filled with water and put in the freezer for several hours. Then she threw the balloon away and made such a wonderful ice ball. After I held it in my hand for a while, my hand got very cold so I put the ball in a container and gave it to her.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this post, it has rained in my city. The rain water has made my balcony plants very lively. I no longer need to water the plants at night. The most surprising thing is that after one day of rain, some young leaves have appeared on one of my plants which look very lively and alive. I am very happy to see them. And that is how my day passed.
