Yes, guys I make instant food to have a positive effect on my mood. Different cooking is a hobby of Asa. Feel good by eating new delicious food. There are many of us who are very fond of food. So eating instant delicious food is good for the mind which has a positive effect on the mood. Eating food on time keeps our breath cool. So good tasty healthy food is important for us. Which helps to positively affect our mood.
My recipe for today is Chicken Soup Noodles. The ingredients I needed to make the recipe are:

4 | Vegetables = Carrots, Cauliflower, Onion Sprouts, Potatoes | 1 cup |
5 | Garlic | 1 tablespoon |
6 | Challenor powder | 2 tbsp |
7 | Tomato sauce | 1 tablespoon |
8 | Soybean oil | 3 tbsp |
9 | Water | 3 cups |
10 | Raw pepper | 1 tablespoon |
11 | Salt | 1 tablespoon |
12 | Lemon juice | 2 tablespoons |
Step 1
First, fry the garlic cloves in the pan with oil in the pan.
Step: 2
When the garlic becomes red, add the vegetables. The vegetables are fried in oil for some time.
Step: 3
Add enough salt and megi masala to the vegetables. Then add enough water and call it a few times.
Step :4
When the vegetables are cooked, lift the lid and add more water.
Step : 5
When the water is hot, add the noodles. Cook something with noodles. Do not lift the lid when the noodles are cooked.
Step: 6
Now mix a small amount of rice powder with water and give it to the noodles. Then stir it and mix it well.
Step :7
Break an egg and mix a small amount of chili powder and salt in the egg. Now put the egg on top.
Step: 8
Mix everything and add enough sauce on top and mix well again. Then serve with lemon juice on top.
If I want to eat this food or need it, I can make it instantly. Most of the ingredients for this food are at home. Now winter there are various vegetables in the house. And we all eat noodles most of the time. So this food helps to improve our mind. Although most of the materials are at home, if there are any materials, I will buy them from the market.
Yes I would recommend this dish to others to improve mood. Because this dish can be prepared instantly with few ingredients. Again it is a favorite dish of many. It is healthy food. So I can eat this food. We can eat it for breakfast or afternoon. This food is made with vegetables, eggs, flour. So I would say this food plays an active role in improving mood.
