Deepest tribute to all language martyrs on International Mother Language Day on 21st February. This day is an important and memorable day for our Bengali nation. On 21st February 1952, we observe this day by remembering all the language martyrs who sacrificed their lives to establish the rights of the Bengali language.

We commemorate all language martyrs such as Matiur Rahman, Abdus Salam, Rafiq Uddin Ahmed, Barkat, Jabbar and many other language martyrs who established the dignity and recognition of our mother language through their great sacrifice. Today, we Bengalis are proud of their great sacrifice.

In 1999, UNESCO recognized this day as International Mother Language Day, which symbolizes the protection and prosperity of all languages ​​and cultures of the world. On this day, we respect all languages ​​and cultures and raise awareness about the importance of the mother language.

On this day of 21st February, we all pay tribute to the language martyrs and pledge in their memory that we will protect the dignity and recognition of our mother tongue and ensure the correct use and practice of the language from generation to generation. We pay deep respect to all the language martyrs and we will move forward remembering their great sacrifice. Our mother tongue, culture and tradition will always hold their heads high.
