The Diary Game (16 May 2025) - Moment of returning from home to workplace
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Dear friends, I hope everyone is doing well, and I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah. Like every day, I woke up just before the Fajr prayer. After that, I performed the Fajr prayer. I came to this house a few days ago and am enjoying life in the village atmosphere.I have come home because my only sister is ill due to some problems.
So today, I got up, finished the Fajr prayer, and walked around for a while. After enjoying the day, I will go to the madrasa in the afternoon. Last night, I had problems with my motorcycle, so I took it to the motorcycle mechanic in the morning.
Last night while driving a motorcycle, a wire fell under the wheel. As a result, the vehicle's tire got damaged. Today I got it fixed through a mechanic. This way, I enjoyed my time around ten or eleven in the morning. Then I went home and had breakfast. After a while, I took a shower to freshen up.
After that, I set out to perform Jummah prayer. I went out on my bike and went to a mosque. After reaching the mosque, I performed Jummah prayer. After finishing the prayer, I returned home and had lunch with my family. Then I took a nap for some time. In the afternoon, there was a light rain, so I went out in the evening.
It's all wet around due to the rain. The roads and the trees are all soaked. However, I really enjoy traveling through this. So, I stepped out, got into the car, and sped along the beautiful roads of the village. I had already performed the Asr prayer; it was already past dusk at that moment.
At first, I arrived by CNG and spent some time there because the CNG won't start without a passenger booking. After waiting for a while, a passenger finally showed up, and then I got into a single CNG and it started. After traveling for about 40 to 45 minutes, I reached Sherpur. There, I got onto a local bus.
I honestly feel like I haven't taken a local bus in almost two years. I'm not very fond of local buses. However, in Dhaka city, I have to take local buses to go a short distance from here to there. But in our Bogura city, I haven't taken a bus for a long time. I always use CNGs. Anyway, I took the bus, and after getting on, I realized it took a long time to start.
If the bus is packed, it won't move. Anyway, once all the seats were booked, the bus started. I noticed this bus didn't hold back either; it moved quickly and accelerated fast. This way, I survived, and within 20 to 25 minutes, I reached Bogura city. After that, it was around 9 PM, so I went to a hotel for a light snack. And I had a halim.
After finishing the meal here, I didn't delay any longer and went straight to the prayer madrasa because it had already turned 9 PM. I was supposed to go to the madrasa before evening, but I was delayed due to the rain. Then, after arriving at the madrasa, I first met with those in charge and then met with the principal. This is part of my moral code.
After leaving the principal's room, I came to my room on the fifth floor of our building. After that, all the students came to meet me, and one of my students gave me a bag of mangoes. Inside it were three ripe mangoes that his mother sent as a gift for me. So, I first asked him if he had eaten any, and then I accepted it and ate.
The mangoes were very sweet, I had a lot of fun. After finishing the meal, I met with my colleagues in the same room beside me. Because whenever they leave from here, they meet with me again when they come back.
So I called one of my colleagues while I was at home and told him that I received a parcel, and he would collect it. The price of this parcel was 790 Bangladeshi Taka, with a steam value of 43 steam. He collected my parcel by paying from his own account. At this stage, I explained to him the money he received, and I collected my parcel. This parcel was actually a type of oil. It was black seed oil.
Then I checked the oil thoroughly and it was perfectly fine, there were no issues, and I got very nice and fresh oil. I had some moments today that I wanted to share with you all, so take care and stay healthy. Allah Hafiz.
