Although it is very surprising, my students have been telling me for the last two days that they will eat the biryani cooked by me, which is why I invited them. They are very young people, they may have talked to me about many things without thinking much, so I have prepared to feed them biryani. For this reason, I got up early in the morning today and prepared some vegetable curry or boiled meat, which I collect from the bazaar in the morning. Although we always have rice and dal in our room because I bring rice from home, why do I not need to buy salt, so I basically took a bowl of sour curd and spices for biryani, some cucumbers and green chillies and brought them into the room.First of all, soak the rice in water for about 10 to 15 minutes, then drain the rice well and put it in a strainer so that the water drains out. So, in this way, leave it in a plastic bag for about 10 to 15 minutes so that the excess water gets removed from there. Then we basically fry the rice lightly in oil. The reason behind choosing to fry the rice in oil is so that the rice is a little fluffy so that when the rice is cooked, it does not stick to each other in any way, so that it is very soft and lightly fried. You have to take care not to overcook the rice, otherwise it may cause a lot of problems while cooking.

After the point is reached, we basically add the biryani spices here, then stir it lightly and add enough salt and pepper, but one thing to remember is that green chilies can be used in biryani.
