Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I am here to participate in the Steemit Learning Challenge Session-25 Week-2 competition.Today, the main topic of Week 2 of the Steemit Learning Challenge is making vanilla ice cream.Thank you, @m-fdo ma'am, for organizing a learning competition for us for the second time. I am very happy to be able to participate in such a great learning competition because in this learning competition, a subject is taught step by step in a very beautiful way.Today I am presenting with you the step-by-step process of making vanilla ice cream. so let's start........

- First, I took a clean bowl to make ice cream and put 500 grams of liquid milk in it.Then I added 5 tablespoons of custard powder.

- I mixed the milk and custard powder well, then added 50 grams of sugar to the mixture and mixed all the ingredients well.I stirred for a long time to thoroughly mix the sugar and custard powder with the milk mixture.

- I put a pan on the stove, poured the milk mixture into it, and stirred it for some time.While stirring, at one point the milk mixture thickened and bubbled, so I stirred for a long time.Then, when the milk mixture thickened, I removed it from the stove.

- Then I took it off the stove, placed it in a bowl, and left the ice cream mixture to cool for some time.Then, when the ice cream mixture cooled, I put it in the refrigerator to set for 15 minutes.

- After 15 minutes, I took the ice cream mixture out of the fridge and it was well set and had a creamy texture. I put it in a blender and blended it well.I blended it for about 4 minutes.

- Once the ice cream mixture was blended well, I poured it into a container.Then I put it back in the fridge for 15 minutes to set well.

- Once the ice cream mixture was well set and had a creamy texture, I then blended it well in a blender.It becomes like a thick mixture of ice cream. Then I pour it into a bowl on top of polythene and cover it well with another polythene on top.Then I put the ice cream in the refrigerator for 8 hours to let it set properly.

- After 8 hours, I took it out of the freezer and saw that the ice cream had set well. Then I took it out of the freezer and put it in a bowl to serve it nicely.Then I took the ice cream in a bowl and sprinkled some nuts on top of it to make the ice cream more delicious to eat and look attractive.
