Hello my dear steemit friends. How are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love. I am here with a new recipe post again, welcome to my new post, I hope you will like my post.Friends, today I have prepared the famous delicious coconut milk egg and amara korma recipe from Jessore.This dish is a very popular and delicious dish of our rural areas of Jessore and Jhenaidah.Today I am sharing with you a very easy step by step recipe for egg and amara korma with Coconut Milk. The food is very unique. so let's start........

  • Cooking process

    • First, took one kilogram of amara. Then we peeled them.Peeled and washed thoroughly with clean water.Then we put 2-3 cups of water in the stove and boiled the amara in it for 5-10 minutes on low heat.

    • Then I put a pan on the stove and added a cup of soybean oil.Then, when the oil is hot enough, I add a cup of chopped onion and fry it until it turns brown.After lightly frying the onion, I added whole cardamom and cinnamon inside.Then, one by one, I added garlic paste, cumin paste, dried chili paste, turmeric powder, salt to taste and ground the spices well.

    • After grinding all the spices well, I added the pre-boiled amara inside.Then I mixed the amara well with the spices and added two cup of coconut milk.Then amara cooked it well with coconut milk for 10 to 15 minutes.

    • When the amara are well cooked with the coconut milk, I add 4 tablespoons of sugar and 4-5 green chilies.Then I boiled it well for some time.

    • Then, when the water reduced a bit, I added the pre-boiled and fried eggs and stirred them well.Then I added two tablespoons of pre-roasted cumin, cardamom and cinnamon powder.I mixed all the spices well with coconut milk and amara and cooked it for some time and then removed it from the stove.

    Finally, the egg amara korma recipe with coconut milk is ready
