Hello Steemian friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah, I am also well with your prayers and love.Welcome everyone to my new recipe post.Friends, since it's starting to get warmer now, raw mangoes are available in the market.And I really enjoy eating raw mango bharta on this hot at noon.If you can eat delicious, sweet, and spicy raw mango bhirta on this hot atnoon , then the day becomes beautiful in a different way.Since I love eating raw mango bharta, I made this delicious raw mango bharta today.Today I made this amazing raw mango bharta recipe with some simple ingredients I had at home.Friends, I am presenting to you step by step my delicious sweet and sour raw mango bharta.I hope that if you follow each step I have given, you too will be able to make such a beautiful raw mango bharta recipe.So friends, let's get started....

  • Bharta making process:

    To make raw mango bharta, I took four medium-sized raw mangoes.I washed the mangoes thoroughly with clean water and peeled them.

    I cut the mangoes that I had previously cut and cleaned into thin slices using a cutter.In the same way, I thinly sliced each mango.

    In the third step, I fried the dried chilies in a light amount of oil until they turned red.Then I mixed all the mangoes nicely with two teaspoons of mustard paste, three dried chilies, and salt to taste.

    Once the mangoes are well mashed with the spices, I add two tablespoons of sugar to give the mango filling a sweet and sour taste.

    Then the sweet and sour raw mango bharta is ready.I served the mango filling in a bowl and topped it with a roasted dried chili pepper.This will make the sweet and sour bharta of raw mangoes look very attractive.

    Then I took a selfie with my prepared raw mango bharta and to share on Steemit.The raw mango bharta I made was very delicious.It's so nice to eat such a sweet and sour raw mango bharta on a summer afternoon.Such a delicious mango bharta in the at noon soothes the heart.
