Hello Steemian friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is well, Alhamdulillah, I am also well with everyone's prayers and love.Once again I am here with a new recipe post for you, welcome to my recipe post. I hope everyone will like my recipe post.Today I have made the milk soaked laccha semai recipe using some very simple ingredients.Friends, Eid is here and we can't think of Eid without Eid Semai.On Eid, our first food list is various types of semai recipes, and today I have prepared a delicious milk-soaked lachcha semai recipe using some very simple ingredients.I hope everyone likes the recipe I made, so let's get started.....

    • First, I put a pan on the stove and added 500 grams of liquid milk to it. When the milk became slightly warm, I added two cardamom pods, a Cinnamon, and a bay leaf.The reason for adding these ingredients is that the milk gives a nice flavor.

    • For some time I boiled the milk well with all the ingredients. When the milk boiled well I added 100 grams of sugar in it.I boiled the milk well for some time and when it thickened, I removed it from the stove.

    • I put a pan on the stove and added one tablespoon of ghee to it. When the ghee became slightly hot, I fried one tablespoon of cashew nuts, one tablespoon of raisins, and one tablespoon of ground almonds in it.Fry all the ingredients until lightly browned and place in a bowl.

    • I put a pan on the stove and added two tablespoons of ghee to it.When the ghee is slightly hot, fry 250 grams of Lachha Semai in it until it is lightly browned.When the semai turns light brown, add powdered milk and sugar to taste.And I mixed all the ingredients well, fried them for some time and poured them into a bowl.

    • I put a small amount of previously fried semai in a bowl and spread it in a layer.And I put milk inside it.Similarly, I made another layer and added milk inside it.In the same way, after adding milk and Semai, add coconut on top.

    • Finally, I spread the pre-fried almonds and raisins neatly on top of the semai and in the same way I make my recipe for milk soaked laccha semai.
