Kandirpar is the heart of Comilla city. Every day, numerous people come to the city for various purposes and flock to Mostafar Tripti puchka and Chatpati shop to eat.

The owner of Mustafa Tripti Fuchka and Chatpati food shop is Mustafa. I went to Mustafa's food shop and learned about its history. About 18 years ago, a person named Mustafa started selling Fuchka and Chattopi on the roadside in the Kandirpar area of Comilla city. People of Comilla city come to the roadside every day to eat Fuchka and Chattopi. The reputation of Mustafa's food shop increased day by day. Later, he made the shop permanent next to the Kandirpar roundabout in Comilla city.

There are many fuchka and chatti shops in Comilla city, but the taste of Mustafa's Trupti fuchka and chatti food is popular with everyone.

I went to Mostafa's Tripti Fuchka and Chatpati food shop for the first time. I ordered one plate of Fuchka for my own meal and one plate of Fuchka for my family. I saw a few customers in the shop and heard their reviews about the food. After some time after I ordered the food, a waiter served the food to my table.

There is a cash counter manager. The cash counter manager collects the food bills and manages the entire shop. There is a system to eat food at the shop and take it home as a parcel. There are several big schools, colleges and universities in Comilla city. Students flock to Mostafa Tripti Phuchka and Chatti shops in the afternoon after their studies to have food, so a few tables have been arranged on the side of the road.
