Dear friends, we eat food to provide energy to our body. Food produces energy in our body.Different types of foods contain different sources of energy.There are some basic human needs that help build the human body, generate energy, and increase immunity.Body-building foods are protein foods: fish, meat, eggs, milk, pulses, beans, and nuts contain a lot of protein.Energy-producing foods are Rice, wheat, corn, potatoes, and rice and wheat-based breads, crackers, muri, khai, etc. are included in this category. More than half of the calories required by the body are obtained from grain-based foods.Vegetables and fruits fulfill the needs of vitamins and minerals in our body.

Each of us should consume a sufficient amount of food from these three food categories.

Tomatoes are very important for the body and have some benefits. Heart is good. Keeps diabetes under control. Keeps away from cancer. Increases immunity. Relieves constipation.Cooked or raw tomatoes should be eaten more or less all the time.

Bread is the food that generates energy for the human body. Rice, pulses, corn, and wheat are carbohydrate foods that provide a large amount of calories to the body.

Spinach grows in winter.Spinach has many benefits.We should all eat more spinach in winter.Some benefits are described.Spinach contains high levels of magnesium, which helps lower blood pressure.It is rich in vitamin A, lymphocytes, or white blood cells, which protect the body from various infections and diseases.It contains more than 10 different types of flavonoids that work against various complex diseases, including cancer.Its high levels of beta-carotene help reduce the risk of cataracts.Its vitamin 'A' helps maintain moisture in the outer layer of the skin.It contains folic acid, which plays an important role in protecting the heart.Due to the high levels of chlorophyll in mature, thick green spinach leaves, they contain carotenoids, which act as painkillers and cancer preventers in our body.

For lunch, boil eggs and fry them with chopped onions. Eggs are cooked in various ways.Boiling and frying them has better nutritional value than breaking them up and frying them.
