Today I am going to share with you a recipe that I will not cook. It will make chutney with some fresh spices and cilantro and mint which should be eaten as a side dish that needs to be taken with the help of other dishes.
This chutney can be eaten with any food, especially burgers, chicken fries, snacks items pakoras or mums, or bread or paratha. And with this chutney, any food will make it alluring and more delicious. Because the sour, spicy, sweet taste of chutney will increase the desire to eat any food.Once you eat it, you will want to eat it again and again because sour, spicy and sweet is a taste that makes your tongue water.
One of my favorite recipes is so whenever I make a special item at home I must make this chutney and serve it with those special dishes.
It was very tasty to eat every time I made it, and whoever took this chutney taste once wanted to eat it over and over again.
To me, this mint chutney is incomparable in taste and looks like a different recipe compared to other recipes that have different characteristics and are unique, which cannot be compared to other recipes. So I called this recipe a unique recipe.

So today I made this recipe with some fresh and raw food ingredients.
I need to make mint chutney-
Mint leaves | a handful of quantities | |
---|---|---|
Coriander leaves | a handful of quantities | |
Green chili | 7-8 | - |
Ginger | Three pieces | |
Garlic | 8 to 10 | - |
Tamarind | 2 sp | |
Sour yogurt | 2 tbsp | |
Vinegar | ½ tsp | - |
Salt | One spoon | - |
Sugar | one spoon | - |
Mustard oil | one spoon | |
Lemon | small size one |
All I have to do is soak the tamarind with water and leave it for a while so that the tamarind juice comes out
Now I'll clean some fresh mint leaves and cilantro and wash off the water. Then I will throw away all the ingredients that I need like ginger and garlic peel, cut the lemon and throw away the peppers and wash them all with clean water.
Now I'll put all the ingredients in the blender jar one by one. Then add lemon chip juice and tamarind juice, mustard oil, sugar, salt and vinegar and finally sour yogurt. Then give me a little bit of water and then I'll blend it in a blender.
My chutney is ready, I'll pour it into a serving bowl and get it ready to eat with any snake item.

Today is the 5th Ramadan, after iftar I serviced this mint chutney with a very popular pitha of our country which we made chitepitha/kholajali pitha made in mudkhola
So to make pitha I will first take rice powder and liquid it with water. Then add a quantity of salt to it and take a spoonful and pour it in a clay pot and cover it with a lid. After a while, when the cake swells, I will remove the cake from the clay opening.
Hot hot chitai pitha I servved with mint chutney and beef which I found so great to eat. Because the mint chutney with beef is really tasty to eat.
When we make chitai pitha it is eaten with any bharta item or chutney but it is very tasty which is a very popular dish in our country.
So it's made a really unique recipe to eat with it. After making this recipe today I really enjoyed eating it because the chutney was really delicious and great, it tasted and textured stick to the mouth.
I Captured this recipe with every PhotoApple iPhone 8
Thank you all on my behalf

Hi, Greetings, Good to see you Here:)
Ramadan Mubarak, Thank you for your review of my post subject to a lot of busyness, I always try to keep in touch with everyone by maintaining activity.
I really enjoy eating chitoi pitha with this kind of coriander leaf chutney. Almost everyone in our house loves eating this type of chutney or various kinds of mashed dishes (bharta). You have beautifully presented the process step by step. Best wishes to you.❤️
