How are you all Hope everyone in this winter weather is healthy and safe. I am here again to participate in the Food for Mood contest and organized this food related contest on behalf of Steem for Bangladesh community Admin dear @ripon0630 brother.
I am detailing the contest on recipes for foods that can have a positive effect on our mood.

There are certain foods we prepare to improve mood.Also, there are certain foods that improve mood after eating. There are many foods that we eat when we are hungry, there are many types of foods that we eat to change our mind and there are certain foods that they like to eat which are a very favorite food.
Similarly, I also have many types of favorite foods and the first of them is vegetable food, be it any kind of vegetable? But besides vegetable, I like eggs a lot.
So when I wake up in the morning and think about having breakfast, it's often seen that it's a little boring to make vegetables, to make bread. Also making breakfast is time consuming.So I often, make an instant meal with eggs and vegetables to save time. And this instant food I can eat in the mail any one day. And this food is carbohydrates, protein, vegetables, vitamins, and minerals I'm getting everything so this food is enough to change me mood.
Fry eggs and vegetables in a combination of eggs and vegetables.

The process of making the food is very simple and no spices are needed.
So I can make it with any seasonal vegetable in the house.So I had all the vegetables I needed to make it .

Coriander leaves Chopped | 1 tsp |
Black pepper powder | 1/2 tsp |
Tomato sauce | 1/2 tsp |
Soy sauce | 1/ 2 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
And for serving I added to cheese and cucumber, tomato.
The process of making the food
Step 1
I cut all the vegetables into small pieces and washed them in clean water and prepared them separately in a bowl.
Step 2
In the first step of cooking, I will pour all my vegetables into a bowl one by one, then break half a spoonful of chili powder, half a spoonful of soy sauce and tomato sauce, salt and two eggs and mix them well with a spoon.
Step 3
Now turn on the gas stove and heat the oil in a pan, pour a mixture of eggs and vegetables in it and leave it with a lid for 10 minutes.Then lift the lid and fry the mixture of this vegetable well. Once the bottom is fried, I will turn it over and cover it with a lid for another five minutes.
After 5 minutes I will mix the tomato sauce with a spoonful of tomato sauce. Then, while it's hot, I'll turn off a piece of mozzarella cheese with cilantro.I'm ready to fry eggs and vegetables.Then serve with tomatoes, and cucumbers and prepare a very nutritious breakfast recipe made with vegetables.

When I need this food right away I make it instantly (in that case with any vegetable ingredients in my room. Many times it is seen that the eggs are finished in the house, in that case I buy eggs from the market and make them. Moreover, many times there are no vegetables, in that case I eat only onions, raw chillies, fried eggs with coriander leaves.
Again, I see that vegetables are in the house but it is not possible to bring eggs. In that case, I only make vegetables and eat them.

I can definitely recommend this dish to others to improve mood. Because we usually like to eat Pizza with items like fast food.This food can be eaten as a pizza substitute. In that case, if I add a lot of cheese to this dish, this dish tastes just like pizza, which I often make at home.
I can recommend eating this food because I can prepare and eat a very delicious and nutritious food with simple ingredients at home and this food rich in vitamins and minerals will definitely help improve our mood.
It doesn't take much money to make this dish. Home ingredients and two eggs can make this mouth-touched dish.
In this case, what I have spent on two eggs and 30 taka and Steem 1.
Vegetables are very small amount which is usually in our house, in this case if we take vegetables for 20 taka and 0.70 steem, then one of 50 taka, 1.6 Steem becomes breakfast.
