✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?
Healthy and quick-to-cook foods are essential to keep our mood up. The food that can be made instantly and improves my mood is noodles. Noodles take very little time to cook and it is a food that everyone, young and old, likes to eat. Giving noodles in children's tiffin improves the mood of children. If I feel hungry after work, I cook and eat instant noodles. My children also like to eat noodles. When we think of instant food that improves our mood, the first thing that comes to mind is noodles. There are very few people who do not like noodles. Noodles are a suitable food for instant hunger.

Cooking delicious noodles is very easy. You can cook it in a very short time and enjoy great moments with your family. Today I will share the recipe for cooking vegetable noodles. With that, let's go on to the recipe:

Turmeric powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
Chili powder | 1 teaspoon |

Coriander powder | 1 teaspoon |
🍜Step 1🍜
Since it is winter, various types of vegetables are available in the market. To make the Durdanta recipe even more unique, I will use some winter vegetables along with the noodles. I chopped tomatoes, carrots, beans, potatoes, onions, and green chilies and took 3 packets of noodles.
🍜Step 2:🍜
To cook the noodles, first put a pan on the stove, heat oil in the pan, and add the chopped onion. I lightly fried the chopped onion for about 2 minutes, then when the onion was soft, I added the chopped green chilies. After adding the chopped green chilies, I stirred it again for a minute and cooked it.

Then I put all the chopped vegetables except the tomatoes in the pan. Stir the vegetables and fry them for five minutes. Then I will cook them for another two to three minutes with the chopped tomato.

Now I added 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon coriander powder to the fried vegetables. Then I added the spices from the noodle packet to the vegetables. The spices from the noodle packet make the noodles even more delicious.

After mixing all the spices with the vegetables and frying them, I added water. I will cook three packets of noodles, so I add three cups of water.

Increase the heat of the stove and let the water boil. I cut the noodles in half and do not remove them from the water once it boil. Then I dip the noodles in the water with a spoon.

Then reduce the heat of the stove and cook for 2-3 minutes, and the instant noodles with great taste will be ready.

I took a serving bowl. Then I served the delicious vegetable noodles. These vegetable noodles are very beneficial for our health besides improving our mood.

My whole family loves to eat noodles. So noodles are always in my house. Then if at any time this food is needed immediately but I don't have the necessary ingredients to make it, I will buy instant cup noodles from the grocery store near my house and when I get home, I will just heat water and add the spices and water given with the noodles and prepare it instantly. These noodles are not only delicious to eat but also improve our mood instantly.

Yes, of course, I will recommend this food to others to improve their mood. Because it is healthy and can be cooked and eaten in a very short time. When we feel hungry in the afternoon, we want to eat something immediately. Nothing tastes good when we are hungry, so we can satisfy our hunger by cooking instant noodles. This healthy noodle recipe satisfies our hunger and improves our mood instantly. I will recommend this food to everyone to make and eat these noodles to satisfy our hunger with less hassle and instantly.
