Today I will share with you the Spring Vegetable Roll. This is not a traditional recipe. However, once you make this recipe at home, you will fall in love with it. This crispy and delicious dish will make your afternoon snack special. It is a very favorite dish of everyone in my house, young and old. My children enjoy eating this delicious and fun food and also eat vegetables. But usually they do not like to eat vegetables.

Cabbage

Cumin powder
Chilli powder

Preparation method:
Step 1:
To make spring vegetable rolls, I took some vegetables that will cook quickly. The vegetables include two-colored cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. I cut the vegetables into small pieces, washed them, and drained the water.

Step 2:
To make the spring vegetable roll dough, I took a cup of flour in a bowl. I will stir 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil into the flour and mix it with the flour. Then I will make a perfect dough with a little water.

Step 3:
I will take oil in my hands and spread it on the dough so that it does not dry on the dough. Then I will cover it with a lid and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 4:
Now, to make the filling for the spring vegetable roll, I put the pan on the stove. I will heat the oil in the pan, add the chopped onion and green chilies and stir-fry them. When the onion becomes soft, I will add 1 teaspoon of ginger paste and 1 teaspoon of garlic paste. Mix the ginger paste and garlic paste with the onion and cook for about 20 seconds. When the raw smell of the spices goes away, I will add the chopped vegetables.

Step 5:
After putting the vegetables in the pan, I will stir them with 1 teaspoon of salt and mix them with the vegetables. Then I will add chili powder and cumin powder, stir them, mix them, and cover with a lid and cook.

Step 6:
I will remove the lid and stir them occasionally. When the vegetables become soft, I will add the chat masala to the vegetables. After adding the chat masala, I will stir them and fry them for some time. When the vegetables are 80% cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool.

Step 7:
After fifteen minutes, the spring vegetable roll dough has become softer. Now I have cut the dough and divided it into five parts.

Step 8:
I took one part of the dough and made a round shape like a flatbread. Then I put the vegetable filling a little below the middle of the paratha. Then I pulled the other side and made the vegetable filling with my hands and pressed it. Then I folded the two parts on both sides. Then I wrapped it like a roll. I made all the rolls in the same way.

Step 9:
To coat the spring vegetable roll, I broke the egg and beat it with salt. I also took toast biscuit powder. To coat the spring vegetable roll, I made biscuit powder by blending toast biscuits at home.

First I took a spring vegetable roll and coated it in egg, then I took it out of the egg and coated it in biscuit crumbs. I double coated the spring vegetable rolls in the same way. When all the spring vegetable rolls are coated, I will take them out in a bowl.

I put a pan on the stove and let the oil heat up. When the oil becomes slightly hot, I will drop the spring vegetable rolls into the oil. Fry them until brown on both sides and drain the oil.

I will serve the hot spring vegetable rolls with tomato sauce. Spring vegetable rolls are very delicious to eat.
