How are you all? I hope you are well. By the grace of God, I am also well today. Today I have come to share with you Steem For Bangladesh, organised in the community, the "Contest - Food for Mood - Season 6, organised by @ripon0630 sir. Thank you, @ripon0630 sir, for organising such a beautiful contest. In today's contest, I have prepared the recipe according to the contest. Today I have prepared an instant pasta recipe for my mood at home. And it is a completely organic recipe and very tasty and filling to eat. And I thank you again for organising such a beautiful contest, and I am going to start my post.
✅ What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

I make and eat a lot of things at home to have a positive effect on my mood. To make it, flour, sugar, oil, eggs, noodles, and many other things are immediately available at home. And to cool down the mood, I cook and eat it at any time. In today's recipe, I have made a dish with the ingredients I have in my home.

✅ What is the process for making it? (share the steps )

First of all, I took the necessary ingredients to prepare the recipe, such as potatoes, onions, garlic, and flour. Then I put a pot on the stove and boiled the potatoes in water. Then I made a nice paste of the boiled potatoes. Then I took some amount of flour in a pot.

Then I kneaded the potatoes and flour together with soybean oil. Then I stretched the dough with the help of my hands and cut it into pieces. Then I arranged everything beautifully in a pot.

Then I put a pot back on the stove and boiled them with hot water. After the small pieces of flour were boiled, I filtered the water in a plastic strainer. Then I put another pot on the stove and fried the garlic cloves with light soybean oil. Then I spread some chopped onions on top of the garlic cloves, and I will not fry them too much.

Then I used enough salt here; use salt according to your taste, and then here I used tomato sauce according to my choice. Then I stirred the pieces with the previously boiled potatoes and flour on top of the spices.

Then I used a noodle spice here that can be bought in a separate store. And here I added another healthy food that is white sesame. Then when I was done cooking, I served it in a bowl and ate it with great pleasure. And I took a photograph with me.

✅ What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it?

If I don't have any alternative ingredients, I will try to cook food with whatever I have at hand. And if I don't have any ingredients, if there is a market nearby, I will buy some ingredients from there. If it is not possible to get the ingredients, I will eat some other simple or ready-made food.

✅ Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

Food often affects our mood, especially if the food we make is delicious and well served. Pasta is a comfort food for many. Pasta can be eaten to reduce stress and improve mood. It is made with various spices, such as simple ingredients, and can be adapted to everyone's taste. And here I have added healthy ingredients such as healthy sesame seeds and garlic to suit everyone's taste, and pasta is a very delicious dish.
