The breakfast I had this morning was atta roti. This type of breakfast is not served except on holidays. Because the office is open on other days, food has to be brought from home for lunch. So, breakfast and lunch are cooked together. It is difficult to prepare a light breakfast and rice for lunch at the same time.

After breakfast, I went to Pagla Bazar to buy some grocery items for home. Before buying grocery items, I went to the river bank. The river is the Buriganga River. When I go to the river bank, my mind is filled with peace. This is a huge cargo launch. It is filled with Sylhet sand from different places and brought here. From here, supplies are provided to various places in Dhaka city. Bricks are brought by boat from the brick field across the river and these bricks are unloaded by workers. We do not pay the workers for this bone-crushing work. I saw the proof of that here. I spoke to a worker. After working the whole day, the total remuneration was 500/600 taka. The amount of work they do is less than 1000 taka per day. They have done nothing. There is a lack of employment in the country, so they are working for a living.

I went to the Pagla Bazaar. I went to the market and bought the weekly grocery items for my house. After buying, I saw that all the money I had taken was at the end. I got a call from home that I need to buy medicine. The medicine that I was talking about was supposed to be bought for another month, but it was not bought. I have to buy it today somehow. I went to a familiar pharmacy, the price of my medicine is 800 taka. I have 450 taka with me. The shopkeeper said he will give me the rest later, now go get the medicine.

Today I went to the cultural program of little Mamuni's school near our house. Today is the May 1st holiday, what program is there at the school? She said that the date of the program is today. Mamuni's mother told me to go and watch the program. It was a huge event at school, I took a couple of pictures from everyone and left. Because 90 percent of the people here are women, I quickly took pictures of the event when I saw it.

Today is the first of May, an office holiday, and I went to Jurain Market in the afternoon with my princess. When I went to the market, I saw that all the shops were closed. But I don't know if all the shops will be closed. At least one or two shops will be open. I went to buy some dresses for my mother, but I didn't get to buy any. Instead of buying a dress for her, I bought a watch on the way home that she liked and a towel for myself. This scene is from the Postakhola Bridge. When we walked from Jurain Market to the bridge, the sun was setting. It was very beautiful to see. My mother asked me to take a picture of this sun. Without further delay, I took a picture on my mobile phone.
