Explanation

---

✅ Present your paper craft to us in at least 4 steps.

Today, I am going to share a paper craft with you all. The craft I will share today is a Valentine’s card made from paper. Let’s take a look at how I made it.

💞 Step I

	Pink color paper

For this paper craft, first, I took a pink-colored paper. Then, I cut the paper into a 4 x 5.5-inch size using a utility cutter.

💞 Step II

Next, I took a white paper and cut it slightly smaller than the pink-colored paper.

💞 Step III

Now, I took another white paper, folded it in a way that one side had less paper and the other side had more. Then, I applied glue along the fold. After that, I adjusted the cut white and pink-colored papers together. You can surely understand from the pictures that it looks like this now. Then, I used a utility cutter to refine the sides of the card a little more for a smoother finish.

I took the top white paper and folded it diagonally. Then, using scissors, I cut it in this way.

Now, I took the pink-colored paper, folded it, and used a pencil to draw a small heart shape. Then, I carefully cut along the outline with scissors. After cutting, you can see how beautifully the heart has taken shape.

💞 Step VI

Similarly, I cut out several more heart shapes. Then, I unfolded them. There are a total of seven hearts here.

💞 Step VII

Next, I applied glue to the backside of the heart shapes. Then, along the curved cut of the top paper on the card, I carefully adjusted all the hearts. Finally, I placed a small heart at the bottom.

Now, on the right side, I made a marking with a pencil. Along this mark, I wrote "Happy Valentine’s Day" using a gel pen. After writing, I drew two small hearts below the text and colored them red.

On the left blank side of the heart shapes, I used different colored shades. I also added many multi-colored dot marks. Now my Valentine’s card is completely ready!

Now, I used a tag and captured a picture of my Valentine’s card. Then, I took a selfie with the card as proof.

✅ How did you get the idea of ​​making paper craft?

After seeing this paper craft contest, I was thinking about what to share. Since February 14th was Valentine’s Day, I thought making a Valentine’s card would be a great idea. So, I took inspiration from a few pictures of Valentine’s cards on the internet and created this paper craft today.

✅ Briefly tell us how you felt while making the paper craft.

I had never made such a paper card before. So, the whole process was very interesting for me. I was wondering whether I could make it or not. But once it was completed, seeing the final finishing touch made me very happy.
