We will cook one kilogram of rice tehri at home. For this, we will need to take the required amount of sour curd. Then we will add beef, then we will take it with us. We took ginger, garlic paste and many other spices. Then we mixed it very well with our hands. Then we left it for a while. We will have to wait for some time.
Then we have to fry the onion very well. Before that, we need a large pan. In which we can cook our food very well. Because if we can't stir it, the cooking will not be good. So we took a large pan. First, we poured oil there. Then, when the oil got hot, we put a large amount of onion in there. We fried the onion for some time. Then, we poured the meat in there. We cooked the meat very well. Only then was the green chilies added. After I stirred it a little, we took out the meat.
We did not add any more oil to the pan because there was oil left there but we poured the rice. I will tell you one more thing when we are going to cook this Tehri but first soak the rice. It should be placed in a container with a hole. Then all the water will dry out. The rice will be very nice after being poured into the pan. It was stirred for a long time. Then hot water was added little by little. When the Tehri rice was cooked. And the water had reduced a lot then we poured the meat. After waiting for a while we added the green chillies. Then we covered it with a lid.
After a while we lifted the lid. I saw our Tehri. We had prepared it in a way that was fit to eat. Then I took the Tehri on my plate. I made a short video of my meal. Which I have presented to you.
