Food for Mood | Season 6 | Chicken and chips with ketchup
Greetings and welcome to my blog. Instant foods points to those already prepackaged food that do not take time to cook. They can be prepared and eaten in a matter of minutes for example noodles.

Aside noodles. One of my favorite instant foods that I eat for mood is chips and chicken. It’s very easy to prepare and doesn’t take time because the chips are already almost ready. All I need do is fry my chips and chicken and the food is ready in a matter of minutes. It doesn’t require long process of much cooking.
I love this food a lot because it’s easy to prepare and when I need something to lift up my mood and am not in a shape for serious cooking, then that my food for the mood.
What is the process for making it? (share the steps ) |

The steps are very simple. The ingredients needed are;
Chicken
Chips
Salt and maggi seasoning
Groundnut oil
I simply wash my chicken, add salt and Maggi seasoning and cook for about ten minutes.
I put my oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken until brown. I put my chips in the same oil and fry until it’s crispy and dry.
Voila, my instant food is ready and my mood just gets better as I recline in a comfortable position for the experience. I love chips and chicken with ketchup and it gets me all the time.
What do you do when you need this food right away but don't have the ingredients to make it? |

Chicken and chips could be expensive to buy always hence when I don’t have it, I usually replace it with making fried plantain and omelette. This one is readily available but I’d always prefer the former.
Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood? |

Yes ofcourse. Chicken and chips is something everyone would easily love and being that’s it easy to prepare and has a a way of alleviating the mood. I would recommend it to others.
There’s a joy that comes from eating what you love especially when you don’t have to put so much effort preparing it and it’s also a healthy source of protein and carbohydrates.
