Why is the month of Ramadan important for Muslims? Explain with some important sentences.

Ramadan is the holy month where the Quran was revealed to humanity to serve as protection and guidance. Muslims fast during this month to draw closer to Almighty Allah. During this period, Muslims seek forgiveness for the sins they have committed by reading the glorious Quran, engaging in charity, and other good deeds that will allow believers to earn good rewards. Allah, forgive our sins, especially on the Night of Laylat al-Qadr. Although it is not known, the Prophet said we should look for it in the last ten days of Ramadan.

Ramadan is compulsory for every Muslim, and Muslims are expected to abstain from immoral acts, gambling, smoking, and eating during daylight hours. Muslims will fast from sunrise to sunset without food. Taraweeh is the night prayer and a Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad where believers can earn rewards and have their sins forgiven like a newborn baby. Remembrance of Allah during this month is an act of worship that increases our faith.

Allah says in Surah Ahzaab in verse 33:41, “O you who believe! Remember Allah with much remembrance.”

What do you mean by Eid al-Fitr and why is this Eid important for Muslims?

Eid al-Fitr is one of the holidays celebrated by Muslims worldwide. It usually takes place at the end of the month of Ramadan. Eid Fitr is important as Muslims thank their Creator for giving them the opportunity to complete this holy month of Ramadan. It is the duty of Muslims to fast as it is among the five pillars of Islam. At the end of the Ramadan period, Muslims will come out in masses to observe two rakahs, and after that, they will unite and rejoice with their friends and family. Some people can visit friends they have not seen for a long time; this normally occurs throughout the day.

The most common greeting among Muslims is 'Eid Mubarak,' which means 'Eid blessing.' Zakat al-Fitr is compulsory for wealthy individuals, where they donate food stuff such as garri, rice, millet, corn, etc., to less privileged people so that they can enjoy themselves. They will earn rewards from doing this good deed. Some people do something nice at the end of the holy month by giving charity so that everyone can smile.

Yes, we are ready and excited to celebrate this Eid with our loved ones. We are fully prepared because it is one of the best days as Muslims to celebrate with family. The first thing I will do is to clean the house and surroundings. Eid is a special moment where we are going to receive different visitors, friends, and if necessary, we are going to paint the walls with different colors of our choice. Beautiful decorations will hang around with descriptions of Eid Mubarak.

Repairing electronic damages is important so that we can feel comfortable. Another thing is to cook different Nigerian foods such as Nigerian jollof rice, fried rice, pounded yam, porridge, and so on. This food preparation can be served to the family and friends. I will make sure we have enough food to serve because more guests can be present.

Who will you share this special time with?

I will share this special time with my family because they are my number one fans who are always with me when I need them most. Sharing this beautiful moment will create a mutual relationship, and our communication can be more effective and efficient. Family gathering during Eid celebration will ensure peace to reign within the family. Members of the family can also share ideas or advice that will benefit us all, particularly on the issues that are on our minds.

It's one of those special days to unite with family and close relatives, where everyone will be happy to celebrate this unique day. It's an opportunity for us Muslims to spend quality time with them so that they can value us as human beings who always have them in mind.

There is a special place we are planning to go to, which is Ilorin Emirates Mall. It's a new place that just opened recently where you can enjoy yourself even with limited resources. Although I have not physically been there, I have seen the grand opening on my Twitter account and I believe it's the next place to visit with my people. They have a special place where kids can play around different swings sets that are available for both indigenes and non-indigenes to spend quality time with their families and friends.

The place is a fun-loving area where we can have fun throughout the day. They have different activities to offer, food is also available, and you can buy some edible items for the rest of your family. Going out to this amazing mall will give us a sense of belonging, so that people see us as responsible individuals.
