✅ What instant food do you make to positively impact your mood?
I usually have two kids at home
My kids pester me to eat different kinds of food when I go to the store or market with them. In that case, when I'm in a mood, now that I have flour and eggs in my house, I can make whatever I want for the kids. I saw that I prepared to answer your question today saying that I will make Moghlai. So I had 3-4 eggs in my house. So I made mughlai with flour in a very simple way with two eggs.,
✅ What is the process of making it? (Share the steps)
Everything I needed to make this dish.
The method of preparation is mentioned below

First step
First I mixed the flour well with salt. So that my salt does not mix anywhere. So I am not prepared to mix the flours well with salt.
Step Two
Then I mix a little with oil and then mix the flour with enough water. And the dough is firm. That's why I use raw water.
Step Three
Green chillies and onions are not washed well. Then finely chop the onion and mix it with salt and turmeric.
Step Four
Then I broke two eggs and mixed them well with the egg and green chillies. by hand
Step Five
Then I rolled the dough I had kneaded into bread.
The sixth step
After making the round bread, I put the egg mixed with chili onion on top of the round bread
Step Seven
Then I folded the bread in half
I took it and then again I flipped it and fried it
Eighth step
Then I put the pan in the center of the stove and put two cups of oil on the pan.
Ninth step
Then I waited till the oil got hot. When the oil is hot I left my made moglaita on hot oil.
Step Ten
Then I flipped it and fried it to a reddish color. Then I put it in the center of a plate.
✅ What do you do when you need this food but don't have the ingredients to make it?
When I have a special need for food if I don't have any ingredients at home, I can go to our market and buy this food as quickly and as possible. In fact, when we don't have various ingredients and ingredients in our house, we use market food. However, this food is equally delicious when prepared in the market and at home. So I will prepare to buy from outside if there is any ingredient in the house for my kids. Kids like to eat variety of food. If it is not in our house, it must be outside. We are ready to do everything for these children.
✅ Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?
Certain foods make us feel our mood very well. Like Jhal Muri Fuchka these are food but they encourage us to eat food. I think Moghlai is a delicious dish. So I think people are sometimes hot-tempered. In that case if we prepare variety of food at home our mind and mood are very good. There was so much joy and laughter on my family's faces while making this dish. My nephew is my mother-in-law. This dish sat with me for quite some time to eat. And observed how I prepared the food. So I will say now that many people do not have an idea about food. In my family, my mother-in-law is a little older. So my mother-in-law has very little idea about food as she is a person of earlier era. I heard my mother-in-law's praises on seeing this Mughlai dish. And eating this food has improved her mood.
