Let's Power-Up and Build a Better Community together as Steemit Philippines Community Supports #Club5050

If we look at the Steemit Team's recent post about the application for the communities of the month, we can see that they've officially introduced their newest initiative to encourage every community and individual to be self-sufficient by building enough Steem Power (SP) in their respective accounts, which will also help to build and strengthen the entire Steem ecosystem.

Now that one of our community's goals is to accumulate enough Steem Power (SP) on our community account, we'd also like to invite all of our members to participate in the Steemit Team's #club5050 initiative.

For everyone's information, we always participate in the @kiwiscanfly Power Up program, which is the #spud4steem, as part of our objective of accumulating enough Steem Power for our community account, and we earned 4th and 5th position respectively in our first two consecutive months. Our community is now committed to participating in that program every month by contributing at least 80-90 percent of the monthly income in SBD, which greatly helps the community's Steem Power growth. As a result of participating in #spud4steem, after more or less 7 months we now have a total of 9.4k Steem Power.

Our community also started a Power-Up contest that coincides with the #spud4steem event every 1st of the month, which we consider a success because we have members who participated and gained more Steem Power in the last two months. We always encourage our members to power up some of their liquid Steem and SBD so that they can gain more influence by upvoting other people's content, which is why we were excited to know that the Steemit Team had launched a new initiative to encourage everyone to power up, knowing that they will support those who are dedicated to this project. What is #club5050 and How to Participate?

Here we introduce the newest project initiated by Steemit Team which is supported by both @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02.

The main goal of #club5050 is to encourage everyone to be committed to powering up 50% or more of their liquid Steem or SBD which we also consider as your investment for the future. Just remember that the more Steem Power you have, the more influence you could give to our community and the entire Steem ecosystem itself.

To take part in this initiative, simply use the #club5050 tag in the first 5 tags of your post, and the Steemit Team will monitor all who use the tag and then check your wallet. If the Steemit Team discovers that you have powered up 50% or more rather than cashing out, @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02 will give support on your post through upvote.

Just remember these important guidelines to be not Qualified or eligible for #club5050 support:

• You have not made any recent power-ups.
• You are powering down, or have recently stopped powering down.
• You have bought votes from any vote-buying or bid-bot services.
• You are delegating to any ‘investment services’ or bid-bots.
• You are not using your Steem Power to vote regularly.
