The monthly engagement challenge is an excellent way for us to engage our content creators and authors, and we would like to thank the Steemit team for this awesome opportunity.

There is no doubt that this monthly selection will keep our community and our authors active, motivated, and competitive throughout the month. It is the results of such challenges in the past that encourage communities like us the most to go the extra mile to make sure our people get the best.

During the time we have been running our community, the community account has shown rapid growth and would not have been possible without the support of theme curators, the support of Steemit team and the efforts of the Steem India management team.

There have been a lot of changes to the Steemit platform in recent months and there have been many new communities starting up, each aiming to entertain as many authors as possible in their niche. Our hope is that we will be able to secure a spot in the challenge and contribute to the development and refinement of the challenge as we move forward.

The Steem India country community has been set up specifically for Indian Steemians who have an interest in Steem and have joined our community. We designed this community with the objective of serving as a bridge between the newcomers community and our community, where the ones who had just joined our platform were shown the path to our community, where we guide them further.

Generally, newcomers find the whole experience overwhelming and are unsure of where to begin. Steem India provides them with nurturing environments where each newbie gets the attention they need and is guided by the community team throughout the process.

Currently, when a new user from India arrives at Steemit, we rely on country representatives of other countries to verify them and recommend them to this community, where the community team helps to ensure that the user is well-equipped with all the knowledge needed to become a successful user on Steemit.

The following are the mission and vision we have for our community on the Steem platform:

Mission: Onboarding new users and educating them about the Steemit platform to ensure the long term retention of new and old users. The intention is to create an environment that encourages Indians to come together and help one another in a positive manner.

Vision: To make the Steem blockchain the number one choice of Indians for any social media needs that they may have. We aim to make sure that every Indian who joins us lives a better life than he or she did before.

This gives all Indians on Steem India a platform through which they can share their content with the world. There is no reason why people should not join this community as we not only provide a place for Indians, but also invite friends from other communities to join as well. We run contests on a regular basis, but we also encourage the members to participate in creative activities in order to keep them engaged.

In September 2020, Steem India Community was launched as a community that focused on women, and the name of that community was Secret Beauty then. However, at the time there was no Indian-specific community on Steemit, so the administrators and moderators asked the Steemit team for permission to convert the community into an Indian-specific community.

The community account, @steemindiaa, was created on 14th of February in 2022 when the admins and moderators of the previous community felt there was a need for a community dedicated specifically to Indian users. Ever since it was created, @steemindiaa has been our community's curation account.

The community account, @steemindiaa, was created on 14th of February in 2022 when the admins and moderators of the previous community felt there was a need for a community dedicated specifically to Indian users. Ever since it was created, @steemindiaa has been our community's curation account.

At the time of putting down this application, the community account has a total of 1,356 SP of its own, and an effective Steem Power of 37,126 SP, having received delegations of 35,769 SP from the admins, moderators, and other members of the community. There is currently a reputation of 61.35 on our community account, and the account meets all of the requirements of #club5050 since the bulk of our transfers are made to the winners of the competition.

In order to make it as easy as possible for the Admins and Moderators to access the account when necessary, the posting key for the community account is shared with each of them in order to make sure they have access to the account at any time.

To keep things simple, we have decided to keep all keys to this account under the control of @mon122 and that means that any other actions that require access to keys other than the posting key can only be carried out by them, and it is the decision of the team (the entire team) as to whether any other transactions are to be made using other keys based on a consensus within the team.

At Steem India, we pride ourselves on the fact that we focus on quality rather than quantity when it comes to our work. However, it is important to understand that quality is a consequence of quantity. There is a system in place on Steem India that checks all posts and comments through @steemindiaa for any spam or duplicate posts that have been made.

As soon as a post is posted on the Steem India Community, it is checked for plagiarism, the club status tag, whether or not it has been verified by a moderator, whether it belongs to a theme tag, whether the theme curator has ignored it, whether or not the post has been marked as Steemit Exclusive, and whether or not it has the Country tag.

Steem India places a great deal of emphasis on improving the quality of its members more than any other aspect of the community. The Steem India Team has published many posts in which they have provided their advice for increasing the quality of posts to users in the Steem India ecosystem.

We have been constantly organizing Google meet-ups, which are mostly focused on guiding authors on how to write quality posts for their blogs, and the aim of the meet-up was to help authors understand the need for quality in their posts and how they can use researching methods to create more quality content. To ensure that there was an increase in the number of quality posts in the community, we wanted to do our best to ensure that we were able to achieve this goal.

We have a very active community that has remained active regardless of the lack of support from the big curators. As many users participate in our contest posts and as many authors from different communities and nationalities participate in our contest posts, our contest posts are always well received by our users. The number of active users in our community ranges from 80 to 100, and we have often reached the number of 150 active users.

• In summary, this is a community that is highly capable of influencing people from India and also people from other nations and communities in a positive way.

• We are committed to the growth of the Steemit platform in our country by constantly guiding Indian users.

• In order to grow the steem ecosystem in our country in the future, we established a clear vision and mission statement.

• The Steem community is always trying to organize contests related to Steem growth, and these contests are well received by the users who participate in them.

• We maintain our community really well because our moderators and admins have extensive expertise in their fields.

• The experience we have gained from organizing contests in the past has taught us many things, one of which is that people from other countries are also interested in participating since we come up with interesting topics when it comes to our contests.

We would like to thank the Steemit team for the support they have given to the Steem India community up until now. Through the implementation of proper plans and projects, we intend to take our community to the next level in order to provide a better environment for everyone. We will be able to achieve bigger milestones in the future with the possibility of being selected for this phase of booming support.
