Today I got up at 6.00 p.m. After the morning refreshment started, my morning walk from 6.20 a.m. I listened to some old Bengali music with my ear pod while walking. The sky was overloaded with clouds, and there was every chance of rain. I walked for almost 40 minutes on my terrace.
Then after taking some rest had my morning tea with biscuits. Also gave the feed to the fishes in the aquarium.
Then I had my breakfast and after that took my bath and got ready for the office. The rain had already started by that time.
I reached the office at 11.45 a.m. Today was Monday the workload was high as compared to other days. I was carrying my tiffin and had that at 3.00 p.m.
Some clients meet virtually in the other states of the country. I left the office at 5.30 p.m. for the new project, and the rain had stopped. I took some critical decisions on the new project and left at 7.00 p.m.
I reached my residence at about 9.45 p.m. and then took a quick shower.
Today I walked for almost 9000 steps after that and watched some news on television.
I had my dinner at 10.45 p.m. and afterwards watched a web series on Netflix. I went to bed at 11.30 p.m.
In our lifetime, we meet many people. They are our parents, relatives, friends from our education life, neighbours, colleagues, and so forth.
We have relations and understanding with some of them with some we don’t have. Understanding human nature is easy as well as challenging.
The more we interact with others more we understand each other. The essential tool for understanding each other, in my view, is communication with us, and it can be verbal or non-verbal.
In most cases, we can see that where communication ends, misunderstanding starts. And there are never-ending stories, and the closer one becomes the enemy in this process.
It takes a long time to understand what went wrong.
As it says:
That was the day for me, and I hope you have enjoyed your Monday.
Stay safe and Healthy.
